  1. Q: What do you have to do for PSO 100%?
  2. A: All bosses on all difficulties (both Episode 1 and 2), all quests on all difficulties, 4x Soul Eater, 4x Akiko's Frying Pan, rare weapon from Soul of a Blacksmith.
  3.
  4. Q: What's the estimate for PSO 100%?
  5. A: I'm not entirely sure how feasible it is yet, due to Ultimate mode being a huge difficulty spike, but I expect it to take 45-50 hours in total. Single segment (no breaks).
  6.
  7. Q: How are you planning to stay alive for this?
  8. A: Not sure. I'm very persistent, so I'm pretty sure I'll make it very far into the run, but it'll be tough. I'll have several periods of struggling not to fall asleep (usually between 4 and 6 AM). The toughest part of the run begins around the 30 hour mark, both gameplay-wise and mentally. We'll see how it works out.
  9. If it proves to be too taxing, I'll try again at some other point (maybe with more practice beforehand).
  10.
  11. Q: What strategy do you have in mind?
  12. A: I try to obtain the Soul Eater on Normal mode as quickly as possible, since it gives me a massive boost in damage. Other than that, I go through Episode 1 Normal-VHard first, before touching Episode 2, because the exp you gain is so much better and the enemies are easier to fight. After that, I do Episode 2 Normal-VHard, and finally start off with Ultimate mode Episode 1 again.
  13.
  14. Q: Is Ultimate mode possible being so underleveled?
  15. A: I've done parts of it while terribly underleveled, and it's quite doable. Twins PB along with Jellen/Zalure make it surprisingly OK. My main concerns about Ultimate mode are the Mines (since there's no knockback/knockdown), Spaceship (particularly Gol Dragon) and Morfos over in Seabed. Dark Falz and Olga Flow will be extremely difficult, too.
