+Terran Downvale __ If the glitch you have circled is what appears to be the arm from the other guy then I would say it isn't a glitch. That gentleman and "Scott Kelly" are both wearing the same shirt. We can see on the shirt of "Scott Kelly" that there is a "badge" or "patch" on his left sleeve. I would strongly suggest that what we see on the "gentleman" is the same "badge/patch" and thus not any kind of "see-through effect".






If you are referring to something else then you will have to let me know!






During that 49 second clip there was also a piece of "space fart material" that flies from the side and behind of "Scott Kelly" before seemingly going through his neck then down in front of his body and over to the other two people. If you were to trace out the space fart material's movement it would probably resemble some kind of a "parabolic arc". ))
