  3. DIRECTIONS: HEAT FOR 1:30 MINUTES. ADD CINNAMON FOR FLAVOR. PREFERRED FRUITS: APPLES, BANANAS, BERRIES.

  5. EZEKIEL BREAD+PEANUT BUTTER
  6. DIRECTIONS: TOAST EZEKIEL BREAD TILL CRISPY. SPREAD A LAYER OF PEANUT BUTTER OR ALMOND BUTTER FOR FLAVOR. SOME PEOPLE ALSO DO A LAYER OF AVOCADO INSTEAD OF PEANUT BUTTER FOR A SNACK DURING THE DAY.

  8. PROTEIN BOWL
  9. DIRECTIONS: BLEND IN VANILLA PROTEIN, DESIRED FRUITS, ICE, AND A DASH OF CINNAMON. BLEND WELL AND POUR INTO BOWL. ADD CHOPPED FRUITS THAT WILL COMPLIMENT YOUR BOWL. YOU CAN ALSO ADD RAW ALMONDS OR OATMEAL.

  11. PROTEIN PANCAKES
  12. DIRECTIONS: ADD WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKE MIX, OATMEAL, CRUSHED ALMONDS, AND CINNAMON TO A BOWL. MIX THOROUGHLY WITH WATER UNTIL YOU GET YOUR DESIRED AMOUNT OF CONSISTENCY W/ THE BATTER. COOK ON GRIDDLE OR YOU CAN ALSO USE THIS MIX FOR WAFFLES IF YOU HAVE A WAFFLE MACHINE. ADD NATURAL FRUIT JAMS OR A LIGHT AMOUNT OF MAPLE SYRUP. HONEY IS ALSO AN ALTERNATIVE.

  14. LUNCH/DINNER [ALTERNATE]
  15. TOFU+PAPAYA SALAD
  16. DIRECTIONS: SHRED PAPAYA SALAD INTO STRINGS. ADD DESIRED SEASONINGS/SPICES FOR FLAVOR. STIR FRY TOFU WITH JALAPENOS OR PEPPERS. IMAGINE A FAJITA DISH BUT WITH TOFU INSTEAD OF MEATS. SERVE W/ CHILLED PAPAYA SALAD.

  18. LENTIL RICE+BEANS PROTEIN BOWL
  19. DIRECTIONS: USE RICE COOKER/PAN TO STEAM JASMINE RICE+LENTILS. MAKE SURE TO LIGHTLY USE SOME COOKING OIL AND ADD SALT FOR FLAVOR. YOU CAN BOIL YOUR OWN BEANS OR YOU CAN BUY THE CANNED BEANS. JUST WARM UP THE BEANS AND ADD TO TOP OF LENTIL RICE. YOU CAN ADD SEAFOOD IF YOURE A PESCATARIAN OR ADD TOFU FOR ADDED PROTEIN IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN/VEGAN. YOU COULD ALSO TOP IT WITH A FRIED EGG IF YOU CAN DO EGGS OR EGG WHITES.

  22. DIRECTIONS: CHOP ROMAINE HEARTS, DESEEDED TOMATOS, DESEEDED CUCUMBERS, AND GREEN ONION. MIX INTO BOWL. COOK SALAD PASTA. ADD TO BOWL. CHOP AND COOK TOFU. ADD TO BOWL. CRUSH ALMONDS AND ALSO ADD THEM TO THE BOWL. YOU CAN ADD PESTO SAUCE TO YOUR SALAD OR ANY OTHER SALAD DRESSING. MIX THE INGREDIENTS WELL SO YOU CAN GET A BIT OF EACH INGREDIENT.
