[EU] Private Coach looking for a dedicated and established team for VoD Recording, coaching and analysis.

Qualifications:

-Managed a small team when the game came out, participated in some ESL cups. Took care of recruitment, VoDs & Analysis and personal coaching.
-Reached GM twice this season (going for third account), once last season. 99th percentile in both Season 1 and 2.
-Coached ScrollDownGaming, SEA team participating in regional Lans, for 4 months.
-Coaching individuals professionally since last September, mainly via http://sandbox.gg/?s=iostux with outstanding results (check reviews)


Skills:

-Capable of analyzing gameplay on an extremely high level
-Being able to give constructive feedback and hold discussions
-I can deal with Players that suffer from mindset issues, both those lacking in self-confidence and those dealing with tilt and emotional issues
-Can record and upload VoDs on a consistent punctual basis in high quality
-Extensive and detailed analysis of scrimmages and tournament replays to help spot flaws and fix them efficiently
-Very rational thinker. Always going for what will lead to success. No sugarcoating
-Can commit alot of time (Up into the morning hours if needed). Never late. Almost always available and responsive.

What I am looking for in a team:

-Dedicated roster. Able to take constructive critique and efficiently turn that into improvement
-Established schedule. Regular Scrimms and tournament runs
-European preferred due to timezones
-Shooting for pro scene and nothing less
-Seperating staff from Players. Levelheaded manager/leader who is not part of the main roster
