Step into an immersive adventure only available here on SimsRP. We always strongly advise to take a few moments to read the rules to avoid getting into trouble. We don't tolerate constant rule breakers here.


Server Rules

RDM (Random Deathmatch) Explanation: Do not randomly kill people without a reason
New Life Rule is applied here Explanation: When you die or get killed you must forget your past life and do not return to the area you died in for 5 minutes
NLR does not apply in spawn for 20 seconds after you respawn
Meta gaming is not allowed Explanation: Do not say in-game info in OOC chat
KOS Lines are not allowed
You cannot kill a player for shooting near you, they have to hit you first for you to be able to KOS them
No Prop-Abuse( this includes, Prop Push, Prop Surf, Prop Climb, Waving Props in people face, Making non-gravity props ) ;
Explanation: Like Prop-Pushing, Prop-Surfing and Prop-Block
RA (Randomly Arrest) Explanation: Do not randomly use the arrest baton for no reason on players
Advertising any server without permission is not allowed (Permanent Bannable Offence)
Being Abusive towards an Admin or Mod while they on duty is not allowed (Permanent Bannable Offence)
Being Abusive towards the server is not allowed (Permanent Bannable Offence)
Do not rage heavily
English only in OOC
Hacking is not allowed
Hit-box abuse is not allowed
Do not make anywhere KOS unless it is your base
Use common sense
Do not leave abuse e.g. Re-logging to avoid jail, raid, stolen car, stolen money printers
Suicide Abuse Explanation: Using the kill command in console to escape someone or something.
FailRP does not exist here!
You are not allowed to use voice changers unless you are a hobo!
AFK Players are subjected to being Shot, Arrested & Raided (ONLY IF they have done something wrong in their current life)
Respect other Players; Do Not Harrass, Be Racist or Sexist to members of the community
Do NOT purposely target other players i.e. If you dislike someone and you go out of your way to upset or annoy them
Do NOT place explosives in PUBLIC around the map, anyone hurt and reports it, you will be responsible and it CAN count as RDM/Mass RDM
You cannot ADVERT that you are placing a explosive in a public place (unless it is to raid such as a hobo's place) ; otherwise that is forceful RDM and is permanently bannable
Offending or Making Jokes about Sensitive Topics such as diseases are prohibited and bannable
Always use a RP Name ; We advise NOT to use your real name to protect your privacy
Do NOT have inappropriate names i.e. Offensive words, racism, sexism
Do not Pickpocket Mods/Admins who are on duty.
PvP is not allowed - It encourages RDMers
Underwater bases are not allowed
If you have come here to argue about the gamemode, leave. Complainers ruin the RP experience and and is a instant permanent bannable offence
Do not Stand, Build or Base on top of world roofs (any building) in-game. It's considered as cheating and is a instant permanent bannable offence
Cops May Build on the Street such as a stall,checkpoint,road block but one half of the road must be kept free at all times otherwise its propblock!
Cops and the Mayor SHARE the government building, both jobs can build ON and INSIDE the government (Nexus). The mayor has charge over this and can refuse cops to build completely.
Ramps are NOT allowed as per the accepted Suggestion - Kickable Offence



Base Rules

 Do not place keypads away from your fading door
You are not allowed to place keypads/button traps in bases
You are only allowed three fading doors for each entrance of the house
You can only base with the same class UNLESS it is explicitly defined
Government Jobs CANNOT own any other base - Nexus is their base
Each door should be spaced out so at least one person can be in it
An entrance must be clearly indicated
Keypad length must be at least 3 seconds
There must be keypads/buttons on each side of the entrance
Do not buy random houses
Do not own a house you will not use
Making fake keypads is not allowed
Invisible props or material are NOT allowed
Do not use your buttons on your keyboard to get in or kill someone
Crouch/Jump Entrances are not allowed
You can only have one keypad for one door on each side.
The door has to open after the first attempt to enter the correct code or by cracking it.
Multiple keypads are not allowed even if they all will work.
Using keypads which have to be cracked in a special order to open them is not allowed.
You may build outside your property if it has a front/rear garden, but props should not be used to climb onto roofs.
You cannot kill someone through deception : if you make your base a KOS and invite someone in, you CANNOT kill them as YOU invited them in and allowed it.
Do not Base Troll : If you and your friends have a base, and your friends leave, you still have rights to the door so long as you have built a proper/decent structure.



Raiding Rules

Only Thiefs and Custom Jobs that have an ability to raid can raid with each other
Gangsters cannot team up with Thiefs, Parkour or custom jobs when raiding
Aliens and Terrorist cannot team up but they can both raid TH and PD
Police/Mayor CANNOT get a thief to break in so they can get inside
Police/SWAT must have a valid warrant to raid a base
Police/SWAT must only place a warrant to raid if the player has broken a law or is shooting people
When Raiding a base, You can only KILL people inside the base or if they are directly near the door.
When Raiding, you may KILL anyone inside, whether they own the door or not
You must wait for 3 minutes (180 Seconds) to raid the same base if you haven't died
You must wait for 5 minutes (300 Seconds) for NLR - New Life Rule
When raiding a base, do your business then get out. Do not camp or loiter inside. A small building should take less than 5 minutes to raid
You may NOT raid a base if it's empty or you can see everything directly through it. Only Raid if you can't see through due to Props or if they have something valuable..etc
You cannot build while being raided - Wait it out
People are able to raid you while you are still building - DO NOT PROPBLOCK WHILE BUILDING!
You do not need to advert raid



Wiremod Rules

Do not create contraptions that affect others gameplay( e.g. Making something follow them )
Do not create buggy contraptions that could lag out the server
Do not create contraptions that can do something you wouldn't normally be able to do as a Member
Do not create entity finders ( e.g. Printer Finder )
Do not create target finder doors or chat command doors ( Doors must be used through Keypad )
Opening a Door with a bound chat command counts as Fading Door Abuse
Do not use ApplyForce or any other physics mechanic to make you/your car faster
Do not make flying props
Do not make contraptions that spam sounds
Do not place jump scare sound emitters
PropAbuse rules still apply to props affected by PropCore
Do not change/target things that you wouldn't be able to with Physgun/Gravgun/Toolgun (e.g Player)
Do not create huge holo-contraptions
Do not create any keypad code hacks or devices to find out information you normally could not - this is a bannable offence.
Do not create any objects in Wiremod that cover you, follow you or are above you - this is a bannable offence.
Any holograms that cover you must be semi-transparent



Pets Rules

You cannot use Pets to block entrances - It will count as PetBlock and you can get jailed/kicked
It's your responsibility to look after your pet - Do NOT set it to attack people randomly - This counts as Pet RDM
Everything your pet does links to your account - Always keep an eye on it as you will be held accountable
It's advisable to store your pet when your not using it
Your pet takes no damage in STANDARD mode - if someone shoots your pet - you CANNOT shoot them
Your pet takes damage in ATTACKING mode - if someone shoots your pet - you CAN shoot them
Do not rule break to get an advantage over players - e.g Do not Fading Door Abuse to let your pet out!


Textscreen/Spray Rules

All Textscreens are subject to the same rules as sprays
Racist, Abusive, Cruelty, Pornographic or Sexual Offensive Content is not permitted in sprays, textscreens or custom textscreens (Permanent Bannable Offense)
Textscreens must only be placed on your property that you own. Placing them randomly around the map or on other peoples building is not permitted
GIF's are not allowed to be used in Custom Textscreens - They will be removed without warning.
You cannot use them in public. (Comes under building on the street - Unless You're Hobo)
You may only place two custom textscreens at any time.


AFK Rules

You may go AFK on our Server - There is NO punishment unlike other Servers
It's suggested to change to citizen if you go AFK for more than 15 minutes to allow other people to use your Job Slot ;
Otherwise you may be KICKED(until demote function is added) if you are using a one job slot role (i.e. Mayor, Video Presenter)
If the server is extremely busy and you are AFK for a prolonged amount of time as a popular job and has reached max slots (i.e. Thief) you may be KICKED/DEMOTED
It's suggested you unown any second/unused buildings - If you go AFK and an unused building is wanted by another player, you may get kicked.
It's suggested you type AFK in OOC so other admins/moderators/players know your away incase of any incidents
You are still subject to being Shot, Raided or Pickpocketed while AFK


Mayor

You cannot set a the gun licence price over $800
Do not randomly fire people
Do not place inappropriate laws (i.e Laws which break Server Rules)
You cannot be corrupt (i.e. Allow Money Printing)
You cannot team up with terrorists
Do not do a Cops/SWATS jobs (i.e. KOSing for breaking a law).
Accepting inappropriate warrants is not allowed.
You must listen to the terrorists if they kidnap you.
You can accept bribes but only if it's a valid reason.
Do not place a random lockdown. (Always state the reason for lockdown).
You cannot break the laws



Police Chief / Team

You can accept bribes but only if it's a valid reason
Placing warrants randomly is not allowed
You cannot spawn in printers
You cannot own houses/bases. The Government building is you base
Only warrant/wanted someone if you see them break a law
If someone says that this person has printers ignore them, you must see the printers yourself
Do not randomly stunstick players
Do not randomly tase players
Do not randomly weapon check players; You may only weapon check in governmental buildings where a "Enter = Weapon Check" Sign is placed.
You cannot weapon check on street ; Players may have a gun as long as its out of sight - Mayors Rules CANNOT override this.
[Guns out in public (outside of a home) is illegal by default for ALL jobs except Police.
Police MUST warn the player to put the gun away, whether that be hidden or back in pocket.
Police MUST give at least 10 seconds for the player to put the gun away.
Failure to put the GUN away after 10 seconds makes the player subjectable to being shot or arrested should the player not comply.]
If a player is annoying another player, warn them to stop or AOS. Give them 10 seconds, if they don't stop, Arrest Them
Police Radio must ONLY be activated when you are communicating with other Government Officials about a police incident and must be turned off when not being used.
You cannot use Police Radio for having off-topic conversations with other Government Officials
Trolling/shouting in police radio will result in a GAG. Continuation after 3 warnings in OOC will result in a kick.
Sirens must ONLY be used when they are needed e.g. you are chasing a car, you are on your way to an incident
Using sirens without need will result in a jail.


Weapons Dealer & Weapons Specialist

You can have a shop or be a travelling Weapons Dealer
You must sell to everyone, refusing to sell to someone may result in being DEMOTED
You cannot just sell to a certain job/group
You cannot be anyone's personal weapons dealer
You can base with other dealers and shopkeepers
You must sell to players even if you don't like them
You cannot base with anyone else except shopkeeper
You cannot self-supply (i.e. Supply Yourself, Change to Thief, Then Raid..)



Thief & Master Thief

You cannot base/team up with gangsters and government
You don't have to advertise a raid
You cannot mug people
You cannot raid TH/PD
When you pickpocket someone, they are allowed to kill you
You can only raid a HOBO if they have a enclosed building. You cannot raid open air structures/buildings!



Gangsters

You can take up apartment floors but only if you use them and as long as you do not block the people from getting higher
You can mug but you cannot make it over $1500
You can raid but only if there is at least 2 gangsters with you
When mugging you must make sure to yell it with /y
You need at least 2 gangsters to mug
You can raid the PD
When mugging give them at least 15 seconds to give you the money if they refuse to or try to kill you, you can kill them
Gangsters can take hostages but must be at least 2 gangsters
You CANNOT have more than 3 hostages at the same time
You have to release or kill your hostage after 7 minutes of having them captive
You have to wait 15 minutes to take the same person hostage again


Street Sim Manager / Fighters

Do not punch people randomly
You can only punch people when arena has been made for fellow fight club members
You can build arenas on streets
Street Sim Managers may build an arena and charge for entry
If you die from fighting in the arenas, NLR does not apply
Do not kill fellow fighters with anything apart from your fists!



Private Casino Manager

You may create your own Casino in a base of your choice. You cannot build in Public.
As the Casino Manager you can customize options and make money but at the same time lose money.
You can close machines down when closing your shop and re-open when your ready to open!
You cannot restrict certain jobs into your Casino but you can charge on entry for a fair price!.


Video Presenters

You may play & present video's from YouTube at the Burger King Carpark
You may build ONLY outside in the Burger King Car Park ; such as a seating area for players to watch your video
You may create and build around the screen and charge up to $500 entry if you wish to charge people to watch your videos
Video's must NOT contain :
Racism, Extreme Levels of Swearing, Any kind of Abuse, Cruelty, Drug References, Pornographic or Sexual Offensive Content (Permanent Bannable Offense)
You may advert for players to PM you with requests, but it is your responsibility to check them first.


News Presenters

You may record and do shows in public or in people's homes (if you have their permission)
Keep the show clean, do not use racist, extreme levels of swearing, pornographic or sexual content
You may own a house to build your studio, or create a small studio outside but you MUST remove this when finished

Do not place random TV's in public, ask for people to buy a TV from F4 or ask the house owners permission to place one outside
Keep your news ticker messages clean, standard rules apply.


Music Man

You may play your instruments in your own house/building or play/busk in Public [Pianos should not be placed Directly on the Road/Near Spawn]
You may get hired by another job to play at their venue and get paid - You can charge for your services up front
Do NOT keybash the piano. It may result in the piano being removed and a jail issued
You may create and build a small venue in public for people to come and see your performances
You must NOT place your piano near occupied homes unless you own them [to prevent other players getting annoyed]
Remember to Remove your Piano when your finished. If you or anyone keybashes the Piano and annoys other players you may get jailed


Medical Doctor

You are not allowed to ignore players when they ask for a heal, you may charge though.
You're not allowed to heal just a certain group
You CANNOT be hired to heal people who are raiding/mugging
You can buy & make a shop for people to come to
You can make a SMALL shop outside
You cannot base with anyone apart from guards
Do not charge players over $500 for a heal
Do not go AFK as Medic



Homeless Sim

Do not block off public areas
Do not make massive/stupid buildings
Do not build in or above spawn
Do not build air structures
You can throw bottles at people but it gives people KOS rights on you
You can play music through the Mic but only while staying still while doing it
You cannot play annoying music/sounds
You cannot play music in peoples bases without their permission



Osama & Terrorists

You can raid without the leader (Osama) as long as you do not use JIHAD's/RPG'S and you must have at least 3 other terrorists
You cannot team up with other jobs
Do not pocket JIHAD's/RPG's - Use them only for the session your in. Pocketing them will result in removal or if you use it for different jobs, its a permanent bannable offence for cheating
Do not use JIHAD's/RPG's outside governmental buildings (i.e. to blow up petrol stations..), You may direct it at Governmental Buildings
Using JIHAD's/RPG's is your responsibility. Causing Damage or Death to other people on street is Attempt RDM, same rules apply for Mass RDM
You can take the mayor hostage and you can change the laws as long as they are server suitable
You cannot kill the Mayor randomly. You can kill him if he is in the Government Building
Killing 3 + non government with JIHAD's/RPG's is classed as MASS RDM
Your agenda can not be kill all government in sight
You cannot kill Cops/SWATS while you have the Government Building they must shoot you first or enter the Government Building
You can place a price for the Government Building back but it must be/under 25K
You can use C4 to get into TH but not PD
You cannot sell JIHAD's/RPG's to anyone
You cannot kill civilians
If you are a Alien you must be disguised into a human otherwise people can kill you on sight but they must warn you first
You cannot kill government while you are raiding Town Hall/PD unless they shoot at you or they enter the area you are raiding
Do not spam disguise swep



Drug Dealer

You must sell drugs to your customers if they want them
Keep your drug lab hidden! (i.e. keep it behind a wall) If police see it they may be confiscated and you can be arrested
You can open your own store, and it's OK to sell legal drugs so you can carry out your day to day business
Legal Drugs are: Water Bottle, Alcohol, Aspirin and Alcohol.
Make sure police don't see any illegal drugs or your drug lab (such as Cocaine, Heroin..) - They can warrant you!



Radio Host

You must use the mic (located in the miscellaneous tab) and play music through it
You must not play or say anything offensive (i.e. Sexist, Racist etc)
You cannot move around while playing music through the mic
You can build a SMALL shack/house in public
Thiefs can steal your mic and sell it back for a maximum of 1k



Fire Brigade Team

Must respond to all calls by the mayor.
Must respond to fires reported by the public - You may charge a fine if its a false fire of upto $100
You cannot own houses/bases.
You are allowed to own a firetruck at the fire department



Suit Guy Team

They are allowed to raid
They are allowed to play music
They can base with anyone
They are allowed to steal
They can build on the street



Bank Manager

You are legally allowed to store cash, legal drugs, weapons and any type of normal item or food
You can store printers and illegal drugs, just keep them hidden from the cops sight
You can charge your customers for your services, but let them know of the costs (i.e. Don't unexpectedly say the charge is $10k)
It's your responsibility to keep the customers items safe! If not, customers may get very angry and take action!



Shopkeepers

You can sell items in your cabinet and take the money out from your cash register
You can base with Gun Dealers so you can both sell guns on the shelves
You must keep your cabinets in a shop - You cannot build on the street
You may use the delivery truck to drop items off once they are packed into boxes



Hitman

You cannot tell people to place a hit on a certain person otherwise it will be RDM
You can build one SMALL hut (no more than 2 CAR lengths - Width, Height and Length) on the street as long as it is for people finding you
Do not make your hit price higher than $10,000
You are allowed to do hits on afks!
You are allowed to do hits on AoDs or MoDs, you MUST ask their permission first as they might be dealing with something.
You may raid/kill the person you have a hit on - ON YOUR OWN! You cannot base with any other job & you cannot use your pet to complete the HIT ; it will be considered as RDM otherwise



Bus / Taxi Drivers

You must drive passengers to their choice of destination in order for them to pay you
You can charge upto $2500 per trip although you should always advise your customer before taking them of the expected charge if its over $500
Keep your customers happy - The more you look after them, the more they will use your services!
You may advert your schedule and where you will be stopping your journeys
You must not spam the doors or get people stuck in your doors


Tow Truck Driver

As a Tow Truck Driver, you are responsible for enforcing the default parking regulations below.
You can issue a fine for your services up to the value of $1000, to issue the fine right click on the car. You will receive the money when the owner tries to get in the car
Only use the fine system above, you CANNOT issue another fine on top such as [/advert pay me $5000] - This is not allowed
To attach the car to the tow truck, left click the tow truck then left click the car!
Tow Truck Drivers Work for the Government and cars should be taken to the PD Car Park (Under Governmental Building) - Do not try to raid PD, ask a cop to open if it's locked
Each Time you finish a job, advert it! Something along the lines of [/advert [NAME], Your car has been towed and is awaiting collection at PD, please collect it

Rules
You CANNOT pick up cars someone has just parked correctly (i.e. on the pavement or in a car park)
You CANNOT pick up cars with someone in it (i.e. if a thief is driving, you cannot tow it till the cops use their battering ram to get them out.)
If someone is out of gas, you can charge and tow them to the gas station but they MUST not be in the drivers seat
You CANNOT take cars that are parked infront of a house that the person owns (mainly in rich estate and Forest/Lakeside Lodges/Cottages)
You CANNOT take cars that someone has just spawned in.
You may place cones on PART of the road while you are linking up the vehicle
You can only take cars that are clearly parked wrongly or ditched on the side of the road. Cars left Abandoned on the ROAD/GRASS may ONLY be removed.
A car MUST have been abandoned for over 30 seconds before you can take it should it be left on the road.
If a vehicle has broken down (i.e. out of Fuel) You may take it to the side of the road where the owner can buy a jerry can from F4 to refill it up.


Hydra
Custom Job

You can raid any place apart from the government building
You can base/team up with Thiefs but not any other job or government
You don't have to advertise a raid
You cannot mug people
You cannot raid TH/PD
