Tatty Designs - Terms and Conditions

- The terms of service can be changed at any given time.
- Do not attempt to charge back.
- There will be no refunds given after I have started your order.
- Refunds given will only be part refunds, for special circumstances, in which case BOTH parties (me and the client) must agree on the given price.
- You get unlimited minor revisions per piece of artwork - things like moving the position of things, changing the colour etc.
- You get 3 major revisions per piece of artwork - things like changing layers that would have to be completely re done etc.
- You will always pay via PayPal G&S unless stated otherwise.
- You must give me your full design idea for me to design your work to your standard.
- If the total price of the design is under 50 USD the cost will be paid in full (100%) before I begin the commission (upfront).
- If the total price of the design is more than 50 USD the cost will be paid 50% before I begin the commission (upfront), after the commission has been completed the other 50% will be paid, after the 50% is paid you will receive your artwork files.
- I can choose to deny your commission before I have started.
- I can cancel your commission at any given time if I feel the client has a bad attitude, communication, is impatient and/or has requirements I can't meet.
- After purchasing from me you may not claim any work as your own.
- After purchasing from me you may not resell any of the work.
