  2. Hello,
  3.
  4. The issue may be due to a corrupted driver or vestiges of a previous driver that was not completely or properly removed before the new driver was installed.
  5.
  6. A thorough method to troubleshoot this potential problem is:
  7.
  8. 1) Download and install both of the following and uninstall the driver currently installed:
  9.
  10. Display Driver Uninstaller:

  18. Ccleaner:

  21.
  22.
  23. 2) Boot your system in 'Safe Mode' (Tap F8 at Post-BIOS, and in the menu select: 'Safe Mode').
  24.
  25. 4) Run Display Driver Uninstaller, and clean ATI/AMD or NVidia files. After that run Ccleaner, and perform the 2 cleanups available, REGISTRY INCLUDED.
  26.
  27. 5) When this is done, boot up your system normally, and reinstall the newest driver for your ATI card or for Nvidia.
  28.
  29. 6) Check your game now.
  30.
  31. PS: You may need to reinstall DirectX, C++ (vcredist), and .Net 4 framework afterwards.
