What differences are there between single and multipage web2.0s?

What are the pros and cons of each?
Multi-page pushes link juice around the web 2.0 whereas a single page only has inbound and outbound links.

So the multi page web 2.0 has more opportunities to push an outbound link, looks more genuine and has move chance of passing more authority in the long run.

I have always seen that a single niche website gets ranking and results faster and better than a multi-niche blog. Also domain authority will be more as compare to multi niche site.
Always build multipage. Home page, about us page, privacy policy, services page. This is what I do for my local clients.
