3. How were you aquatinted with Seth?
The same way I am acquainted with many people – they find me. I have a knack for setting up servers where people can post about corruption and not be traced. I use many methods for doing it… offshore accounts, proxy pass directives, etc. I have had several sites hosted with Shinjiru, a web hosting company in Malaysia. This is important to remember. Anyways, people from all over the country have asked me to expose information for them. RentonTalk, HuronTalk… they have all led to a massive outflow of information where no one was ever caught, yet have led to the firing, arrest and indictment of several crooked politicians.
Sometime in late February or March I was contacted on Wickr by a person who claimed to have an email back up of the DNC, and that they were trying subvert the electoral process to sway the primaries from Bernie Sanders in favor to Hillary Clinton. I didn’t actually know this was Seth Rich. I usually don’t ask names. Later on, I put two and two together and realized who he was. I’ll get to that later.

4. How did you acquire the files from Seth?
The first time, he sent them to me. The very next day, the FBI raided my home using the excuse of “hacking,” which was a complete lie. They took all of my computers and my phone. Here’s the crazy part – the only way they could have known that I can think of is if they were reading Wickr, so I don’t use that app anymore. There’s a reason they don’t let people inspect their source code… I believe that reason is because it’s set up by the government.
After the FBI raided my home, I bought a burner phone, rented a car and drove straight to Washington D.C. and met with the person that had sent me the files. This time, I got the files on a USB drive. I drove straight back home and returned the rental car. The only stops I made during the trip were to piss and get gas – I never ate during the trip. I hid the USB drive and returned the rental car. If you can get the rental receipt, you will see the exact mileage from Delray Beach to a school next to the home of Seth Rich in Washington DC. The car was rented from the Enterprise Rental Car located at 2805 S Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483, USA. I rented it in the name of my aunt Patricia Dougan, but I never told her for what reason. The Enterprise people must have been shocked to see 2000 miles put on the car in two days. Note: I was being followed by FBI surveillance teams when I returned… I lost them, retrieved the USB stick and hauled ass out of the country. I snuck into Canada and flew to Russia. Seven days after I arrived I set up DC Leaks and hosted it on the same server in Malasia as pbsotalk.com – you can do a DNS history to verify it… it’ll cost you $50 though.

5. You believe authorities know the truth about the leaks.  Why are they brushing it off?
You are damned right they know. Why are they brushing it off? Because most of them are Democrats and it would destroy their party. It’s much easier to blame Russian phantoms.

6. Do you know who killed Seth or why?  Any theories?
I don’t know who did, however, it seems pretty suspicious to me that the person who would have been able to trace the files back to him was that Pakistani guy that worked for Wasserman-Shultz. There’s a reason she wanted to facilitate his safe return to his home country… but, that’s just supposition on my part. I wasn’t there so I don’t know.

7. Do you know why Seth decided to become a whistleblower?
Seth Rich was not happy that Bernie Sanders was getting shafted by the Democratic Party. The DNC leaks had absolutely NOTHING to do with Donald Trump – it was brought on themselves (the DNC) for rigging the election in Hillary’s favor. I have been telling people this LONG before Fox News broke it. You can verify that with Carlos Miller – a journalist friend of mine. He can probably show you the messages where  I told him this just a few months after I arrived here.

8. Can you describe for me how he obtained the files?
How Seth Rich obtained them? I can’t tell you because I never asked. I knew he worked in the organization somehow, but I generally don’t ask too many questions. At that point, I still didn’t even know his name. It wasn’t until he was killed and I saw a photo of him that I knew who he was, but that was months later.

9. Why did you create the BadVolf image?
In 2015, I obtained recordings that the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office had accused me of traveling to Russia to be in league with a group of hackers. It was a lie, of course… I came to Russia for a romantic interest. But still, I discovered they had been illegally hacking into my social media accounts, my email and my analytics, trying to find out who was spilling dirt about the criminal activities committed by top cops on my website. And so I decided to retaliate, and by doing so, created the BadVolf name… perporting to be exactly who they claimed I was in league with… a Russian hacker. After all, if they were telling people I was in league with Russian hackers, I might as well turn the tables, post some confidential information under the guise of being a Russian hacker, and then instill a bit of fear by telling them I was coming for them. The undersheriff’s attorney who was suing me… “BadVolf” claimed to hack his email, and then released a 2 GB file for people to download, saying the decryption key would follow shortly. The thing is, it was an encrypted backup of the Wikipedia database. I hope that asshole lost clients because of it.

10. What were LEO looking for during the raid on your home?
They were looking for everything they could find. They took 2 computers and a very powerful server.

11. Do you know who phished Podesta?
Yes I do, well, not by name. And he wasn’t a Russian. He was an American guy that I am pretty sure worked for the US Cyber Command in Maryland that is a hacker in his free time. He had a login to my server… and on one of the logins, he forgot to use a proxy. The IP address came back to the US Cyber Command. It was so stupidly easy… he bought a domain name, added a subdomain to it (for instance, you can buy testing.com and then put google.testing.com and have it point to your own server… not google). Then all you have to do is copy the html from Google’s login page, but when the submit button is pushed, the name and password goes wherever you want it to go. Not google. It was set up in a few hours. Podesta wasn’t the only one, but he’s the biggest idiot that fell for it.

12. Can you explain the finding of the name of the founder of Russia's Secret Police in the metadata associated with DNC documents?
It’s so easy to change metadata. And if you want to screw with someone’s head a bit, you can add your own. Here is a for instance… in the story Carlos Miller wrote about me tricking Mark Lewis into revealing all their criminal information, he references where the text messages came from. And how did he do that? Text Messages and screenshots don’t record location metadata, but using a special program, I added the coordinates to the Kremlin to each text message. Then I dropped a subtle hint to him to inspect the metadata. I’ve never told him, and he’s probably going to be pissed when he finds out, but hey… disinformation and misinformation can be incredibly powerful. I won’t say any more than that at this moment. Anyways, inspect the metadata of this document when you are done. You know… perhaps this document from BadVolf is really from someone else… 😉

13. What lead to your decision to provide the documents to WikiLeaks?
Well, Shinjiru ALWAYS has problems. It’s so unreliable… and for the amount of bandwidth we expected, we had two servers. One for the database and one for the web front end. And something was always broken.

15. Are you involved with the Russian government in any way or were they involved with these leaks that you know of?
HAHAHA, hell no. in fact, it was a total shock to me that I never received a knock on the door from the FSB after I filed for asylum. Still to this day, I have yet to get a knock on the door. But hey, if they knock, I’m inviting them in for a beer for sure.

16. Do you know Donald Trump?
I have been to his home for parties, and I have seen him from a distance, but I’ve never spoken to him. Again, the emails were never about him. It was about the wrong being done to Sanders. Too bad it was a little too late.

17. Does he know the truth about all this?
I don’t know. I know he knows the truth about his role – which was absolutely nothing. The Russian collusion people speak about – it’s really DNC collusion that got exposed by a whistleblower. But I suspect the FBI is lying their asses off to him. I really feel bad for the guy, you know… the FBI is pushing this Russia narrative when they know it’s not true. They are doing it because if Trump is successful in br4ing the Americans and Russians together, it’s going to affect a LOT of people. CIA’s budget will be cut, defense contractors will see a decrease in orders, and the war machine will slow down.  The government spooks can’t allow that, so they have to keep up the “Bad Russia” nonsense.

18. Is anyone besides yourself, Seth, or WikiLeaks involved with these leaks?
Yes. When I got to Russia, I was in a daze. I landed at the airport, took a train to Kievskiya, met a girl I knew and asked her for a place to stay. The first thing I did was break down on her couch with the realization that my entire life was destroyed for doing nothing more than exposing the truth about a bunch of crooked governmental officials. It took a few days for me to get settled, I had to apply for my asylum, had meetings with journalists here and tried to figure everything out. But after a few days, I began contacting a few people in American I knew from the whistleblowing forums, and we launched DC Leaks.
