  1. TRP Episodes
  2.
  3. Possible event scenarios: These don't favor any particular group or faction, and would serve to force the server to all react to a similar set of circumstances.
  4.
  5. These scenarios assume that the refugees eventually form a centralized community and trade hub, though not necessarily controlled by any one person (inter-camp politics are a likely scenario), and others form independent camps and dens in outlying areas. Life sort of becomes a post-apocalyptic version of the Old West.

  7. Episode: "Just a Cough"
  8. A week after the arrival of the prison camp refugees, times are turbulent as newly formed groups bargain, argue, or fight over resources in the area. The economy is fledgling, and basic food, clothing and medicine are hard to come by. However, almost everyone is grateful to be in the Washington forests as opposed to the "government" prison.
  9.
  10. Until one day, a delirious, pale man arrives in town, wheezing and hacking. He collapses in the middle of the street, and is taken in by the nearest medical professional or compassionate refugee...At their own risk. Within hours, others that have come into contact with the man begin to fall ill, possibly spreading the affliction by coughing and sneezing. The victims begin to display patterns of delusion, hallucinating people and objects, and often act aggressively to those they would otherwise leave alone. Eventually, these victims begin to enter comas and die.
  11.
  12. They say that a cure and vaccine potentially exists, but that it's stored in a warehouse near the government prison camp. Will the survivors work together to try and secure the medicine for everyone, or will groups try and steal it for themselves?

  14. Episode: "Devil Dogs"
  15. Things are finally beginning to die down in Seattle, though it could hardly be called peaceful. A small economy is beginning to emerge, with groups trading between each other and non-escapee refugees arriving in camp. Many people even have time to begin speculating over the true nature of the camp they were trapped in just a few weeks before.
  16.
  17. All of that changes one morning. Riding in scrap-built vehicles and brandishing home-made and military weaponry, a force of raiders arrive in the area and quickly become a major influence over the town. Sporting healthy access to advanced supplies, the group begins to exert their influence and muscle in taking over the town, whether or not the townspeople want it. Eventually, things come to a head, and the raiders take it over by force. Turning the once peaceful camp into a hostile police state, the raiders begin pillaging and smashing the outlying communities with deadly force. Some communities will manage to keep them out, but others will be in danger, with raiders harassing the trade routes in fast pursuit vehicles. Some might even deal with the devil, forming alliances with the raiders in exchange for their protection.
  18.
  19. Obviously, the situation is now very dire, with casualties mounting and independent communities being threatened by the siege. How long will it take for the survivors to rise up and cast out the raiders? Will they be able to put aside their differences for the good of Seattle?
