[21:21] The duo, the two partners find themselves inside once again. The man smiles softly as he waves over towards Yuki, he gestures Katrin to enter. The sights and smells- At the very least, a prominent piece of it was the newly cleaned flooring. The candles that stood about within the room and ultimately... A set of tea, already brewed. Strong flavored and scented- Surely the faint smell of blood could be perceived but. Was there any reason to worry about such?

Thorn hung back, folding his arms as he explained. "I made him pray, made him feel a bit more of a connection to the primal aspect of wrath, and emotion. Saekanis isn't the Divine Spirit of Anger and more so impulse. Therefore. As long as he remains angry- He'll have his favor. And with fervor, even more."

With a nod, his eyes shut. He whispers out towards Katrin.

[21:21] Thorn Meztin whispers to Katrin Weiss: Go make a wonder, yeah?
[21:26] The artificer returns. Her floors freshly cleaned. Surely she can still smell that faint, lingering smell of spilled blood- but between the candles and the pungent tea it's an after thought.

She gives Thorn a toothsome grin and grabs the nearest cup.

"Sounds like a plan. That leaves it now to attach the pearl and make the spear tip outta' the fang. And put this splinter in the handle, where it'll be in contact with a hand.

Figure it'll have the most use that way."

That did seem to be the intent. Wrath, ruin, bloodshed.

And yet it's still not the darkest thing she's made.

Katrin takes the spear and hefts it onto the work bench, examining it freshly and setting the splinter, the pearl, and the tooth all in arm's reach.

"So...I know this might be a touchy subject. But maybe that's a good thing, considerin'. Why exactly did Seth go and go bustin' up your jaw for exactly?"

[21:49] Yuki looks at the woman; there was no point in hiding the truth he did what was best for the hunt.

"Me and Sibyl we're looking for them to hunt; however we've come up short. A woman in the woods informed me that they would be attacking her." Yuki rubs his wounds.

"Of course I agreed to fight them; however the woman was indeed a witch and at the moment had nothing to do with me. I sought to rid the world of the Dorco's, but I bit off more than I could chew."

Yuki balled up his fist blood still dripping from his hand.

[21:54] The artificer quirks a brow back at Yuki.

"Right. Lil' surprised is all," she mutters. No comment on that edgewise. "Ain't know much about witches personally. Or why the Docros'd care to be attackin' 'em." She didn't know as much as she did. And she knew more than some. Katrin keeps facing forward, even as blood drips from Yuki's hand.

She takes a long, deep quaff of her tea as she picks up the splinter.

A shudder passes over her. Her tongue rolls over the golden caps on her teeth, and she can feel that spark of rage and ruin in it. A dangerous thing.

"...Need sharper teeth if you're gonna go bitin' like that," Katrin rumbles.

With one gloved finger she heats up the metal around one of the spear's handles. With the other she presses the wooden splinter into the softened arcanium and iron.

[21:58] Yuki opens his mouth with a smile following shortly after.

"I should get some implants, yeah? I wanna be sure to inflect the most damage as possible. They'll get what's coming to them, and that's something I promise on my life."

[22:02] She eases a little as the splinter is let go. Like a shadow passes over her and the sun shines again. Katrin sighs relief.

The artificer repeats a similar process near to where the blade meets the haft of the spear; she warms the metal, making it glow and soften like putty.

The pearl is pressed in and positioned just so. Hopefully it might lend more of its oceanic nature in place of the more directly aspected blood that did now.

"Well. That's doable. Could get somethin' bigger than the caps Thorn and I got.

Maybe even somethin' in arcanium. That'd be swell...

That bein' said. You're gonna go huntin' for somethin' that big, big and well connected, you gotta' be ready."

[22:11] A mad woman, surely. But still good at what she does. There was no question about it. She puts the pearl into place and polishes it to a mirror shine.

That left one final thing. Her eyes draw, hesitantly, to the tooth.

Katrin treats it with care. As if the tooth itself might come to life and bite her; she even checks her gloves, ensuring they're on tight before handling it. Even then, she's wary.

The Black Wolf was not a force she wanted to trifle with. Not in the slightest.

"He's right. Whatever ya need. Ya got the materials and the coin? I'll make it." That was pretty much her motto.

The artificer removes the tip of the spear and, deftly and with more of that vaunted fire magic, replaces it with the great Wolf's fang.

She starts to smooth over the seam between metal and tooth, making it flush and almost indistinguishable.

[22:15] Yuki nods, now holding his two children, thinking thoroughly about what's to come next in his life. He wanted to leave a legacy and make the world a better place, but he needed tools for this.

"You're family; I'll always come to you, and I'll love you both dearly. I promise you that my wraith and hate will only be tired towards the enemy; if the time comes that I have no more enemies to direct this hate towards, I know what I have to do."

Yuki bites his lips; blood starts to trickle down now.

"I'll finally put the spirit of the hunt to rest, or I'll have to remove myself. I have control of this urge, and I know who to direct it towards, but hopefully, I'm strop enough to handle the influence."

[22:20] A fair desire. And one that, for many, the artificer has been all too willing to facilitate. Katrin dusts her hands off and turns about.

She regards Yuki. Though she didn't wear the name openly, he was kin. And she regards his children.

"...I guess that's part of the trouble. Gettin' a weapon is one thing. Makin' sure it stays pointed in the right direction is another," she comments distantly.

"Better ya put it to rest. Just because your huntin'll be done ain't mean your family won't need ya. Think of it this way; you'll just be movin' on to hunt things that are a lil' less literal."
