1. With the game not running, Navigate to the game.ini file - remember 'name' is local to your pc.
C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\game.ini

2. Paste in the following text:

3. Save.

Now restart the game and load the map again. A few seconds after you spawn, bots will get loaded. You can adjust Bot difficulty and other settings by pressing the minus key on the num pad.
