- Concept: Use knowledge of Gen 3/Kaizo/speedrunning to find the best possible seed (using spoiler logs), then use the details in the log to route the whole game -- optional trainers, items collected, etc.
- Rules:
- - Beat the game using Kaizo rules (no heals, no 600+ BST mons, etc.)
- - To prevent runners from spending dozens of hours hunting for the "perfect seed," all good seeds should be shared with anyone interested in running them.

- - Fight Viridian Rival first
- - Fight all forest trainers except 9/9 and 11/12
- - Brock: +4, 2HKO Wailord
- - Route 3: Min-clear
- - Mt. Moon: Soda Pop on far right, Moomoo Milk in top left, Full Heal in Revive spot, PP Max as last item
- - Route 4: Potion as first item
- - Early Misty is doable (annoying Ampharos on first fight)
- - Route 25: Top Hiker + bottom Hiker (and maybe spinner); X Acc before Lass + PP Max at end
- - Route 6: X Acc in top-right corner; fight L30 Kingdra (left 1)
- - Vermilion City: PP Max
- - Route 11: Lemonade on rock
- - S.S. Anne: Rare Candy in basement trash can, Lava Cookie in middle trash can, Leppa Berry in kitchen corner
- - S.S. Anne trainers: Just fight 2 trainers (inc. L35) guarding Energy Root
- - Route 10: Max Ether near girl next to Rock Tunnel + other side of Rock Tunnel
- - Rock Tunnel: Bottom Hiker, top Hiker, possibly spinner
- - Route 8: Fight Lass; can get Leppa and Cheri Berries in grass
- - Rocket Hideout --> Erika --> Lavender Tower
- - Rocket Hideout: Paralyz Heal in PP Up spot; Full Heal in Lift Key room; Chesto Berry to right of Giovanni; Escape Rope somewhere
- - Cycling Road: Hyper Potion in Rare Candy spot; Cheri Berry in Max Elixer slot; X Defend on left side (top) if needed
- - Safari Zone: Ether in Max Potion spot and in big square in Area 2; Elixer in Protein spot; Fresh Water in Area 3 if needed
- - Fuchsia City: Soda Pop behind Strength boulder if needed
- - Silph Co.: Fresh Water and Ether on 4F cluster if needed; X Attack and Berry Juice on 8F if needed; Max Ether on 10F (trainer guarded) if needed
- - Mansion: Leppa Berry as Calcium if needed; fight Scientist for Hyper Potion; Chesto Berry in Carbos spot; Escape Rope in Ether spot
- - Power Plant: Chesto Berry as first item, Max Potion as last item
