Female, 1 4 5 10 5 10, SCI, SPC, SURV - Good Natured. No special perks needed except for the regular any% ones. 45 Survival, 35 Science, 100 Speech, 45 Barter is needed for the route, shouldnt be any issues.
Get .357, (Sell armor from DLC and steal Scrap Electronics. Loot toolbox for sensor modules/scrap metal) get to BLK MTN.
Rescue Raul.
Escape combat and FT to BLK MTN.
Go to McCarran main entrance.
Talk to Captain Sterling, then go to Strip.
Do strip any%, do NOT talk to Vulpes.
Go Freeside and kill Gloria van Graff (+ guards n shit) (Loot guns?)
Go kill Orris and exit to Freeside N gate.
Go to Crimson Caravan and start You Can Depend On Me.
Go to Nellis, talk to Loyal. (Steal extra 40mm grenades)
FT to Goodsprings, go south to Primm and get ED-E. (You should loot Electronics in Chet's store and hopefully get sensor modules and at least 2 scrap metal from toolboxes)
FT to BLK MTN, Discover El Dorado, Dry lakes, HELIOS ONE.
Do That Lucky Old Sun, redirect power to ARCHIMEDES II. (Use Ignacio to trigger ED-E My Love)
Get to Novac and talk to Ranger Andy, then Raul. (Completes Raul's quests)
Dismiss Raul and enter Dinky.
Sell lots of stuff from Silver Rush to Cliff, then talk to Manny.
Wait until night and talk to Boone and do his quest, recruit him after.
After getting Boone, tell him to wait and go east to Nelson.
Rescue the NCR soldiers and then kill them at the checkpoint.
Get Boone and FT to Primm.
Go Discover Mojave Outpost.
FT to Hidden Valley and "get to know" the Brotherhood (pickpocket key)
FT to Goodsprings and make your way to Red Rock Canyon and "get to know" the Khans.
FT to Crimson Caravans and go to Freeside E gate.
Get the C-Finder from the kid (you should have 45 Barter to buy it for 20 caps)
Exit and make your way to Cannibal Johnson's cave, then continue to Bitter Springs. (Discover Coyote Ridge and the Rec Area along the way)
FT to Freeside N gate or McCarran and discover The Thorn, then continue to make your way to Jacobstown. (Make sure to discover a mine on the way to Jacobstown for later)
Make time pass by fast travelling until 5 in-game days have passed from the moment you triggered ED-E 1.
FT to McCarran and talk to Bitter Root, then turn in the invoice for Dr Hildern and talk about OSI etc. (Should trigger ED-E log 2)
FT to Crimson Caravan and progress You Can Depend On Me. (This should be the buyout Cass stage)
FT to Strip N Gate and enter strip. Vulpes should be there, kill him.
Turn in main quest to Yes Man and talk to Boone about Bitter Springs. (Should trigger "I Forgot to Remember to Forget")
FT to Bitter Springs and to Boone's quest.
Dismiss Boone and FT to El Dorado Dry Lake.
Go to 188 Trading Post and recruit Veronica.
FT to Hidden Valley and progress "I Could Make You Care" at the elder. (The BoS will most likely be a bit bugged, being aggroed but still friendly. The quest should still work though)
After exiting the BoS bunker, pass the 95 Speech check and finish Veronicas quest.
Dismiss Veronica and FT to Mojave Outpost.
Recruit Cass and FT to Crimson Caravan. Kill Alice and finish "Heartache by the Number".
Dismiss Cass and FT to Freeside N Gate. (ED-E should have triggered stage 3 by now)
Go to Old Mormon Fort and turn in ED-E, then recruit Arcade.
Go to The King and forward G.I Blues, and then initiate "Nothin' but a Hound Dog". Recruit Rex.
FT to Strip N Gate and forward Main Q. Arcade should trigger "For Auld Lang Syne" when exiting.
FT to Nipton, recruit the pilot woman.
FT to Freeside E Gate and go to Morenos house, recruit him.
FT to Old Gibson Scrapyard and buy a brain for 700 caps. (or kill the doggies for a brain)
FT to Cannibal Johnson and get him onboard.
FT to The Thorn and go into Westside to recruit old man with a cap.
FT to Jacobstown and complete "Guess Who I Saw Today".
Insert Rex's brain and recruit doc Henry.
FT to the closest Mine and go to the Remnants Bunker.
Complete For Auld Lang Syne, then FT back to Jacobstown.
Recruit Lily and talk to her about Leo.
Reduce her health to half, then FT to El Dorado Substation.
Progress Main Q and FT to Primm. (if ED-E's quest isn't finished, just wait around or FT around to progress time)
Finish ED-E's quest.
I don't know when Lily will say "Medicine Time!" but when she does, talk to her about it and finish her quest. (Should be like 1 to 2 in game days or something).
FT to Strip N Gate and start Dam sequence, then finish game.
