Having been written by one of our colleagues, Jonathan Jer, it should be no surprise that the final vote was for the proposal. Simply put, it is the consensus among those of us that this proposal concisely covers a loophole in GAR#90, "A Convention on Gender." Combining Jonathan Jer's skillful patching with the United Massachusetts Delegation's incredibly powerful preamble, we believe this to be a strong proposal. We can only pray that it passes the approval of the World Assembly at large.

Though there has been some concern about the "affordable" bit, we believe that Jonathan's defense of it to be compelling enough to negate any practical issues that may arise from it.
