When making a Weapon, you may expend a TM and one additional material of the type of the Move for each step of frequency the Move has (one for at-will, two for EOT, etc). When you are equipped with the weapon, you may use the Move taught by the weapon at the following frequencies: At-Will Move - Daily/5, EOT Move - Daily/10, Battle Move - Daily, Center Move - Every Three Days. The type of the Move need not match the type of the Weapon. Use your STR mod as attack stat and CHA mod as special attack stat for these moves.
