FRU Early Week 1 Wipe Parties/adjusted PF strats

FRU Early Week 1 Strats, these have been posted to NAUR discord and have been created by using the google doc, and also what is happening within Party Finder week 1 from friends who are PF'ing the fight.  I have also adjusted some of the strats to make certain mechanics more simple to solve like Light Rampant, or to give melees uptime in specific parts.  All of this is subject to change over time, all I'm doing is contributing to the ongoing civil war in PF, enjoy. :)  I will try and note when I update strats and what date those updates happen.

IMPORTANT: WHILE THESE ARE STRATS THAT CAN BE USED, THE MAIN POINT OF THESE RAIDPLANS IS TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS HAPPENING IN MECHANICS AND WHY THEY ARE HAPPENING SO WE CAN BETTER UNDERSTAND THE FIGHT.  SOME PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT WHY THINGS ARE HAPPENING RATHER THAN JUST GOING WHERE THEY ARE TOLD TO GO.
