Ok , I see. .... it's not fair though for a few ppl to bear the burden of the legal fund (considering it affects everyone) especially for us who have already lost so much... to put out even more to lose. I personally cannot lose anymore. I've lost over $6,000 CAD on SN #3. for what would have been 300,000 stake of which I'm paying $250 interest per mth on that with my only hope of paying down the now $35,000 I will owe in the new year... i pretty much need every last coin in interest to pay off the debt before it snowballs even more put of control in compounding interest. This has taken such a toll on us, Kristen had to declare bankruptcy 2 weeks ago and now her hours are reduced to less than half her pay at work and we're living on about half of the income we had. We were barely paying rent every month with 2 full pay checks so I'm really freaking out ! 😮 and trying to hold myself off from jumping off a bridge ... and the kicker is we can't even move to a  cheaper apt. because both our credit scores are so bad we can't apply for another apartment. We're trapped in a place we were already struggling to pay... so i finally have a shred of hope to get out of this debt burden with the interest from my Masternodes, and a smaller degree, the SN payouts. There are approx 100 ppl, in the Mastermodes... all of them affected. If everyone gave up $5.00 then there would be $500 right there. I think everyone could handle $5 ......as for Henry... they lost over 1 million KBC and tgeir kids' education fund. 😢  I think he's done and pretty sure he won't lose or give up any more

My response:

We really don't have much of a choice at this point. We need to move action against Nico FAST, and get those nodes from him ASAP. That is our priority, and if that means we have to fork out more money, we will do that, for the benefit of the whole collective. Yes it's true that we shouldn't have to keep paying for all this, and the stakeholders ought to contribute, but i think everyone should contribute. In one way or another.


Everyone wants the masternodes back, but so many don't want to contribute. I've taken huge losses, but i'm still pooling resources together to get this done.


If you think you can convince all the stakeholders to fork up 5-10 bucks in the next couple of weeks, by all means make your pitch, but the fundraiser we pitched a few weeks back about this has raised only $35. Literally only one person donated lol


That is why we need this incentive, we have to motivate people to fund the legal pot. And the more people who contribute a small portion of their stake to that incentive, the less that blow will be to the people donating to that incentive.


Right now it's just me, James, and Carlos. But since you're one of the bigger stakeholders in the masternodes, we thought you might be willing to contribute something, we don't need much. And If you can get the Chens on board as well, it will lessen the blow on you and the rest of us and we can just get this done and dusted as quickly as possible.


If they want those masternodes back in safe hands and away from Nico, i think a small contribution isn't much to ask, considering that if we don't get this fund sorted and move action against him, he could potentially unstake all the coins and run away. It's not a risk i'm willing to take, so i will sacrifice a portion of my masternode stake to prevent that.
