Today is as what Kirkton told us, from morning there would be training.
It seems that they do a shift system with training and doing their usual jobs, so compared to how they look they're tough.
Obviously there would be a night shift, so Ritta had been complaining something like that its hard for the skin. Right now Rishia is approaching her consecutive 3rd training match.

「Stop the match!」

「I-It's a lie right? for me to lose to Ritta....」

「ehehe, I won!」

Ritta expressing her joy with hopping. And before her was a woman soldier vexingly holding her spear and staring at Ritta as if she can't believe it.

2 girls that i believe that is ritta friends, celebrated her happines together. Its not that her opponent is weak, rather she was stronger than Ange who Ritta lost to yesterday. And to that opponent Ritta easily stopped her spear, and insantly ritta's spear was pointed on her throat.
Kirkton was expressionless but, unlike yesterday he didn't shout. though he was requesting some critisism for their movements from me like yesterday but, He said something to Ritta.
with that difference in ability scolding the other one would make it too pitiful.

「Fumu, looks like you're in Excellent conidtion. however, its as if you are an another person」

「no way, it's got to be the result of my everyday effort you know」

Ritta winked to that Kirkton. somehow she really seems like a different person.
it seems that Kirkton faltered of it, and his yell didn't come out.

「That Ritta, are you sure she didn't cheat just now?」

「Like having the weakness of her oppnent?」

「pfft. that's a bit too much. wait, it is possible....」

A part of the soldiers was talking trash about Riita. Those soldiers haven't even won a single spar.
Their swings are uselessely to wide and in entirety their movements are messy, and most of all their war cry like yell are too noisy.
Their speed is not even enough, the monster might even yawn from it. when as much as possible i point it out, they secretly click their tongue(tch).  If they're like that then i'm going to go home. (9: Ryua is being toxic, kinda cute)

「Ryua-san, Did you see it? Is there something i have to look out for?」

I got surprised when Ritta suddenly appeared right before me.  She is happily wagging left and right, looking at my reaction. Something to look out for is it, there are a lot of it but if say it i hope she won't get down. I'll just say something like her mood is good today, i don't want to see her down.

「it dangerous when you gaaaaa so, sometimes you should quickly hyuuu to change from offence to defence」

「e-eh. starting from afternoon we will be having training outside to the fields. until that time i grant you an hour for a break」

I'm confident about this, Ritta didn't absolutely understood it. After all, Kirkton too was a little bit surprised.
Ritta only thinks about attacking, that is dangerous. And because of that, she often makes herself open, if that opening was used then it a blink of an eye she might lose her life. But still i think that it somehow suited her thanks to her wonderous-like physical strength.
Ritta being that amazing, I can't think of the Ritta at yesterdays spars.

「So this afternoon we will be having an actual combat with a monster. I'm looking forward to it, right Ryua-san!?」

Ritta hugged my arm. More than one of Ritta's unexpected aspect, for some reason i got more curious to Roel who was glaring at us with inflated cheeks. And then like a sore-loser she also hugged my other arm, both sides is sweltering. (9: my yuri sensors detected something!! T-this is...yuri!!)

◆Lunch◆

「Avangard Restaurant food is so tasty that people talk about it. After all various people even came here to eat it.」

The restaurant that Ritta showed us was a place with inorganic tables and chaired arranged in a fixed distance from another. I imagined that it would be something similar to Pablo's shop, but it was totally different.  The meal that you can only choose if from A and B, there isn't anything like a menu.

「umm, would it be fine to eat with you?」

The one who said it was the 2 girl friends of Ritta. It looks like their age is about the same as Ritta, when i think of Soldier it would be brawny people but, it seems there are girls like this.
Irin and Shuri, from the story that i heard it seeems that these 2 joined the same time as Ritta did. it seems that on way or another it seems like it thanks to these 2 that the slow Ritta was able to make it to where she is now. Certainly when they are here, Ritta frequently smiles. no, somehow it feels like she had fun ever since then.

「Ryua-san, I wsaw your fight you know! Even though you are about the same age as us, to be fighting with Tifelia on equal terms, we weren't able to believe it!」

「From my analysis, from that fight both of them hasn't gotten serious. it is hasty to conclude tha they are on par.」

The thoughtlessly loud voice and a pink plumpy sheep like haired girl is Irin. The one who seem to analyze, a girl with green hair and glasses and looking like a serious person is shuri. The more i look at them, the more i don't understand why such normal girls became a soldier. thoguh, the girl who analyzes is quite not normal.

「when the demonlord army attacked, it seems that you got played a big role. Captain Kirkton told us to step back, so we seriously step bac-」

「Irin, from my analysis that converstion should have been prohibited in front of Ritta」

「ah......sorry」

Ritta who sat beside them got a little dark. However that was only in an instant, Ritta exxaggeratedely laughed, gather the attention in the restaurant.

looking at Ritta laughing, the 2 friends looked like they saw something different. Even from me, looking at Ritta, there is something weird about her.

there were plates in front of roel enough for 4 person, and she got embarrased too late. It seems that she hasn't swallowed the food inside her mouth, and even made a strange sound. with this much i won't be able to cover for her, even the 2 friends of Ritta was lost of words. after all while we were talking, without any of us noticing it she had already eaten food worth for four person. (9: I somehow keep forgettin that Roel is a glutton, though its kinda cute)

「A-as expected from someone who made a party with Ryua-san....」

「From my analysis that is rude in regards to Ryua-san」

Even if you don't analyze it, I already understod that its rude, though i can't say that.

◆Mithril Mines◆

a dungeon that is not much of a distance from the Avangard Kingdom castle town, that is mithril mines. In the past it seeems to that it was mithril mines that functioned but, right now you can't find any more mithril and it got abbandoned. it also looks like this place relied on imports regarding mithril made weapons and armors.
Danger Level 21. More than the monster it has a complicated tunnels that its easy to get lost, it's a place that if you are not B-rank or higher you are not permitted to enter.
And on that place, we treaded on was the training place for actual combat. Among the soldier there were people that was obviously uneasy. For sure compared to Kizel Valley too, the presence of dangerous monsters are a lot more numerous.
I wonder why Kirkton chose this place for training? There won't be any worries getting lost near the entrance but, even so thinking of the abilities of the soldiers it's too dangerous.

「Are there any coward here? If so then you should quickly go back. Only those who seriously want to become strong should remain.
don't worry i won't condemn anyone who returns」

in a strict voice, Kirkton declared it towards the soldiers. THe silenced abandoned mines and then the soldiers.

Its a monster with a height the same as human kid. On their hand where a club and the other was a rusty sword, they sprinted full speed from the inner part of the tunnel.

「Hou, A goblin is it. An opponent with a good timing. With this passage then they wouldn't be able to attack at the same time.
Now then, who will go?」

The one who came forward was one of the soldiers who back bited Ritta. this just my intuition but, with that person's ability that person wouldn't be able to handle that speed. Hopping left and right, the goblin trifled with the person with a movement different from a human.
It splendidly evaded the soldier's wide blow and the goblin striked with its rusty sword. it wasn't enough to severely injure him but still it was enough to make blood scatter around.

The human soldier who wasn't able to react to the counterattack, endured the pain and in panick the soldier randomly swung his sword around. and jumping backwards without delay, and on the goblin head, the one who precisely thrust her spear was Irin.

On the attack few days ago, there were soldiers who was able to fight back and soldier who can't. Even though she joined the same time as Ritta, i can only say that one hit is splendidly done.

「Before we knew it, it looks like it became a den of the goblins. In the inner part the big shots are probably inside.」

「Roel, please heal that person」

「ah, o-ok」

With Roel's heal. the wound that the soldier took closed. The groaning person, was he feeling mortified or miserble but, he didn't even say a thank you.

The one who energetically raised her hand was Ritta. The quiet solders suddenly got noisy.
Kirkton and her 2 friend too, no one wasn't able to reply anything for a while.

「Ritta, are you sane?」

「If you fail at something this much, then the name of our Avangard Kingdom will die out you know?」

Ritta cheerfully smiled at the worried Irin. Kirkton too was silently nodded and stepped back, Leaving the vangaurd to Ritta. From the vast floor of the entrance and from there was a continuing narrow passages. We watched Ritta's fight on the wide floor.
However, the monster that appeared was more than what we imagined.
the rocky monster as if leaning over advanced toward the narrow passage, everytime one of its two feet, takes a step, a rumbling happens. The uneasy soldiers with their weapons on their hands, backed off. Kirkton seeing that monster grabbed Ritta's shoulders, he hurled Ritta backwards. Ritta who raised a tiny scream "Kya" rolled over the ground.
I immediately understoon what kind opponent it was that he had to do that.

「I-Its a floor monster!」

Someone shouted it and at the same time, everyone readied their weapons at the same time.
A Rock human, an expression that suited such monster. not like a beast which breathes in excitement, just an inhuman matter going passing forward through the narrow passage.

The monster whole body was scraped of by Ritta, now its was just only standing on its 2 legs. The one whos mouth remained opened wasn't only me. Every one here had no words towards that fight.

「oh my? possibly is this the atmosphere of it dying? Captain~ please look at me ok」

Facing her back towards the dying monster, Ritta gave out a peace sign towards Kirkton, Kirkton was still holding his two swords, he can only be astonished by this. turning around and at the same time the monster's head was smashed as if mowing it down, then the fight ended.

the left over body too has crumbled down, and then it became sand leaving no trace of it behind.

Holding her spear and on one foot she spinned around, Ritta who who merried in joy, no one was able to give her any words of congratulations.
This time she rotated her spear and took various poses, Ritta was soaked in the hymn of her victory for a while.
