A good reputation
High activity
Admin experience in HHCL
Explanation of why you'd make a good cap
Include your roblox user name

DO NOT TELL ME PRESIGNS YET. THAT WILL ONLY TRIGGER ME. (Will only be one presign)
If you are selected and drop out it will result in a 10 game suspension.

Send me all players that are returning as well as having each player that is returning tell me they are. No new players may be on your team if it is returning and you will lose draft picks based on the amount of returning players.
