Velvet sips her coffee as she sat at her table and read the newspaper. Today's edition have many results from the world involving tourneys, such as last night's Sunflower Cup involving both of her kids. Looking it over, she couldn't help but frown as she learns that her daughter came in 2nd place against the princess, not that was a terrible thing, since Princess Rhiannon is quite a skilled trainer...but the real treat is that her son came in last place, suffering harsh defeats in the 1st round against the princess(Which, in hindsight..she could had seen coming..)and then in the 3rd round place, he lost to someone named Jalen Belmont.

"Wait a min..." Velvet had to double-check what she just read... "A Belmont...here?" She sips her coffee as she takes this in. "Interesting.." She hear a pair of footsteps coming down the stairs and look into the living room where her son, Qrow, is walking towards the kitchen where she's at.

"Morning son, I see you didn't slept well?" Judging from how he's rubbing his eyes and yawning as he sits down and look at his plate of food with tired eyes...she's right. "Yeah...Just had to sleep through some noises from Raven's room..."

"Hm?" Velvet raise an eyebrow..she was expecting him to be upset about the losses(Which he is..but those take after his current issue with Raven) as he continues on with a scowl as he chop his pancakes up."It's like she's having stomachaches in there or something..nothing but groans and moans."

Suddenly Velvet seems to gets it, her daughter DID told her a couple of days ago that she came across her soulmate here....if that's the case..she hides her smirk behind her coffee as Qrow continues on, unaware that his mom is partially listening..

Eventually,, the 2 of them hear another pair of footsteps coming down the stairs and some grumbling as they see Raven slouching over to the table. Velvet had only a small window of time to notice something very odd regarding her daughter's PJ's..

Mainly that there's a wet spot there.

She looks up from her newspaper(Apparently, the same day the Sunflower Cup happened, The Ylissian Princess won another tourney flawlessly as well.) and see Raven looking up with a faint look of concern. "I need to speak to you..." Raven look over at Qrow who looks up with a small frown. "Alone." Getting the picture, he nods and scoot his plate away as he's done and get up to head back to his room, change to his casual clothing and come back down as he head over to the coat rack and put his coat on before going outside in the back.

"I'll be in the back to train..." He closes the door as fast as he can so the frigid nohrian air won't get in, Leaving the Branwen Women inside.
"So...." Velvet sips her coffee and place it down as she look over at her daughter. "What seems to be the issue?"

Reven fidgits a bit, whatever it is seems to be highly embarrassing for her, which is something since Raven rarely feels embarrassed. Seconds goes by as Velvet slowly loses her patience with her daughter who doesn't wanna look at her.

"You know this is cutting into my time for train-"

Velvet sit there and drink her coffee as Raven continues.. "And ever since then...almost every night...it always happened....I don't understand...." She clutches her head in agony.. "This is cutting into my time of sleeping!!!"

"Tell me about it.." She take a sip of her milk and place the glass on the table, remembering how happy he was when she did what he suggested her to do against that Salamander...

"...Tell me more about him later, for now, we need to train and Qrow's out there in the cold waiting for us."

"Right..." The 2 ladies get up and put the food up before they grab their coats(After Raven goes upstairs to change herself out of her cum-stained orgasms) and head on out.
