  1. Thank you for your mail reply. Perhaps you may not know that I am 2 years senior to your father in age. Do you address your father as “Hello M” !!! You should first learn how we address father like seniors in our Indian Society. For your information, Mr. Brotin Banerjee MD & CEO of Tata Housing in whose complex you are staying addresses me by “Amiyoda”. Mr. S C addresses me by “Amiyo Sir”. If you need to address me in future, please call me Amiyo Uncle.
  2. Regarding the contents of your mail, I don’t want to waste my time in giving you any reply as I don’t find it worth.

  8. Hello Amiyo,
  9.
  10. I do not take it lightly that you constantly associate me with my father and the whole implication that an unwed woman of 33 year old is property of her father. Any further insinuation by you regarding the same would be considered as a defamation to me and I will pursue it to the full extent of the law in India as well as all the relevant organizations for the same worldwide since other than being personally offensive it also brings rumors to peoples mind that in someway my apartment and ownership at Eden Court is not explicitly and wholly my own especially regarding cash flow. I do not think I need to repeat that this is entirely my hard earned money (and continues to be so since I am one of the few residents who has paid all maintenance charges irrespective of any policy differences with management and given my financial condition I can assure you it is extremely hard) and if you are not aware I have been involved in Eden Court's affairs much longer and much before my father when it was the maintenance committee.

  26. Dear Mr. Bhibhuti Sharma,
  27.
  28. I am a bit surprised to see my name amongst the “ Whose- Who of Eden Court” being a very ordinary owner-resident having come here just over a month. I don’t represent Adhoc Committee nor I have any authority to speak/express my opinion on this interesting issue as it is meant to be debated only by the esteemed members of Adhoc Committee. I have noticed a strange pattern in this whole episode. Only one member is trying to push this case very strongly with the help of his daughter’s support. He is also demanding the Consent from all the Adhoc Committee members in favour of his support and not their views. So far as I have seen that four prominent and important members of this Committee has strongly opposed this proposal. But what about the rest of the members ? They have fallen silent till now perhaps unable to ascertain the pros and cons of this proposal and keeping their opinion reserved till the end.
