The dev already dumped, and over 20 billion PCN hasn't moved for a year. The point of the swap is to remove the chance, albeit small, of those coins going active again. The swap will give PCN investors, like yourself, who've lost money, a chance to get on a chain without the drama and issues lingering. DAPS will cap the stake emission, and control inflation, and give a real development team a chance to further the coin on it's own.
