This system has doctors in marikina as its target users. This study steers

toward the advancement of the involvement of information technology
in the medical field and aims to give ease both to the users – patient and

health care provider – in hospital transactions. This system will be

solely used for managing the previous medical records of every patient

that has been admitted to a hospital. Their medical history, records, and

personal information will be uploaded into the system's database which all

the other doctors around Marikina can easily access, but only if they have

the patient's consent. The patient will show give personal keys to their

doctor when being admitted so that it will not breach the Doctor-Patient

Confidentiality.





The system also has a feature that allows the doctors to send a request to

each other allowing them to have an access to the patient's previous

medical treatments conducted by their hospitals and medical institutions.

However, the implementation and trial of this system is delimited on the

hospitals and medical institution around Marikina, Metro Manila.
