You tp to them and discover that their house is in the wild, and there is a Tycoon in vanish close by. How do you handle this situation?

Several players are complaining in global that a builder who recently joined is hacking in SG. Despite being told not to accuse people, one of them persists in complaining. What do you do in this situation?
Tell them to gather evidence and file a complaint

After being warned for talking about drugs in global, a president moves to vip to talk about dealing/using illegal drugs while slipping in snide comments about the staff member who warned him. How would you handle this, if the user argues that ‘anything goes’ in vip?

You are asked to be a middleman in a transaction for a donation feature. You are paid the money, and the other party orders the feature, but after 15 minutes the feature has yet to arrive. The player buying the feature starts accusing the other of scamming. What would you do?
