Her life has been colorless for so long she remembered. Life /is/ boring, void of excitement except you’re the one to start on it. Life is only filled with people with façade, a mask to cover themselves while they continue to make lies topped with lies.

She was no different, she knew it. Living with a barbed tongue like hers surely will grant enemies than friends, misfortunes than fortunes – but she didn’t care.

Sometimes, she questioned “what” she actually wanted to do, apart from her mask of jester, or her mask of easygoing girl. Then again, those questions never last long—just like how fast she changed her façade from someone who’s slob to someone who’s actually diligent, pulling strings of the act.

To be a “Frau Perle” is not a matter of audition alone, but it is a rite of passage between the old and the new generation.

The hidden gem. The spy. The ‘eye’ of [Edels].

Never in her wildest mind to actually withhold the chair of Pearl Maiden. Yes, she strives for what best for herself, but becoming one of the top five was actually out of her equation.

“What is it? Why are you being lazy again? The practice is soon.”

Ah, that one senior of hers who’s easily falls to her prank. The senior was a singular color of yellow on her eyes.

Truth to be told, making fun of someone is also a boring thing to do in a long run, but she found her home away from home while she’s in there, in Edels.

As their watcher, she analyzed and made a report about each member’s growth after one event to another. Everyone is unique – though they might be there just to make use of another, but she didn’t care.

Back to that yellow color on her eyes.

“I’ll wait until you walk to the practice room /or/ I’ll be the one to drag you there.”

She still remembered how the words of invitation goes – the yellow color never fade. She is almost as persistent the color red. She is also easy to tease. But, she isn’t one to give up or fold after one teasing. Thinking back, maybe she was interested in how much the color yellow will do to make her move her feet.

And then how those turquoise blue eyes were so attentive, even sharper than her eyes as Edels.

“What, did something happen again this time? You can turn to my help again as a Senpai!”

And the yellow is dependable. It’s not like she’s saying it to show off – she’s saying it of her sheer will.

However, the yellow didn’t stay strong and vibrant. By that ‘accident’ that the yellow happened to take part in, she ran away without saying goodbye.

Why?

Was it because how the members of Edels’ incompetence?

Was it because she doesn’t want to blame anybody?

Was it because she wanted to take all the faults; sacrificed herself?
