Go to the girl at the top of Coumarine by the Lucky Egg hotel, save, and reset for the quiz question: "If the user is not holding a held item, this attack inflicts massive damage." and choose Acrobatics
Check to see if you got Lucky Egg, if you didn't, that's okay, you're not using a held item for this gym anyways
Open menu, teach Fly to flier, Acrobatics to Frogadier
