Poycom Just reset to factory default ptime still sending 30

  1. Note: I did a reset to a polycom 550.... and add one extension that is 1897 it seems that it still show a mismatch with ptime sending 30 instead of 20.... the polycom is reset to factory defaults and setting are set to 20...
  2. it is possible that fusionpx server is changing this value ? or what other thing can be doing this
