Направляется уведомление об ограничении доступа к информационному ресурсу http://hello.opentg.us в информационно-телекоммуникационных сетях, в том числе сети «Интернет», на основании требования Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации от 16.04.2018 № 27-31-2018/, как содержащего призывы к массовым беспорядкам, осуществлению экстремистской деятельности, участию в массовых (публичных) мероприятиях, проводимых с нарушением установленного порядка.
В течение суток с момента получения данного уведомления, провайдер хостинга или иное лицо, обеспечивающее размещение в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети, в том числе в сети «Интернет», обязаны проинформировать об этом обслуживаемого ими владельца информационного ресурса и уведомить его о необходимости незамедлительно удалить информацию, содержащую призывы к массовым беспорядкам, осуществлению экстремистской деятельности, участию в массовых (публичных) мероприятиях, проводимых с нарушением установленного порядка.
В случае, если владелец информационного ресурса удалил информацию, содержащую призывы к массовым беспорядкам, осуществлению экстремистской деятельности, участию в массовых (публичных) мероприятиях, проводимых с нарушением установленного порядка, он направляет уведомление об этом в Федеральную службу по надзору в сфере связи, информационных технологий и массовых коммуникаций, с целью проведения проверки и возобновления доступа в случае подтверждения факта удаления.

Notice of infringement of the order of information dissemination in the territory of the Russian Federation
We are sending the notice on restricting access to the information resource http://hello.opentg.us in information and telecommunication networks including the Internet on the basis of the demand of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation No. 27-31-2018/ of 16.04.2018 as containing appeals to mass riots, extremist activities, and participation in mass (public) actions held with infringement of the established order.
Within one day from the time of receipt of this notice the hosting provider or the other person ensuring placement in the information and telecommunication network including the Internet shall inform on it the owner of the information resource served by them and to notify him on the necessity to immediately remove the information containing appeals to mass riots, extremist activities, and participation in mass (public) actions held with infringement of the established order.
In case the information resource owner has removed the information containing appeals to mass riots, extremist activities, participation in mass (public) actions held with infringement of the established order he shall send the notice on it to the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications for the purpose of checking and renewal of access upon confirmation of the fact of removal.
