??BACKGROUND;
was born as a korean japanese in uk, miike's a quiet person. he may talk to you too much
if you're close enough with him. since his name is 'miike', a lot of people read it 'mike'
instead of 'miike', so there was born his english nickname.

miike had the typical happy childhood. he spent his summer with his family,
often circumnavigates to other countries, had the best thanksgivings with nice grandmas.
he was close with his grandma, even closer than with his mom. miike thought that
her mom was his own bad luck, so he tried so much to avoid her.

since he was 12 y.o, everything went from 100 to 0.

his grandma's death was the opened-gate of his sorrow. he didn't eat for four days,
locked himself in his bedroom and cried every afternoon. he didn't listen to his parents;
just locked himself up and listened to soft music.

the second one was his mom's death. miike was never close with his mom, therefore
he regretted that he always avoided her mom. his mom committed a suicide in a storage
room of a famous mall, which was left with question marks; why did she do that? why did
she choose the storage room? nobody knows.

since then, the bubbly, cheerful miike disappeared.

but then, his life became better. his father decided to work harder since his wife passed away,
so the family's financial condition became better (it was worse since miike's mom's death, bc
they needed much money for the funeral). miike decided to move somewhere better, so he moved
to fukuoka. there, he lived with his internet friend named arima, learnt japanese with him and
spent his high school life there. he still kept in touch with his father, but he rarely did that
since he didn't want to disturb him.

since he got some family members lived in seoul, he decided to spend his life there with them.
he was close with jang gyuri since then, although she's older than him. gyuri was a motherly-sister
to miike, and he was grateful for that. in seoul, he always called his father at week ends and talked for
an hour or two to tell him about his life in seoul and such.

but he never told his father 'bout his addiction to wine, or else
he'll be grounded.
