- Ender Pearl
- A perfectly spherical turquoise gemstone, hollow, 3 inches in diameter. A creature can pick up and throw the Ender Pearl. When it hits a surface, it shatters, and the creature who threw the pearl is teleported to the location the pearl hit, and takes 2 (1d4) Force Damage. When thrown at another creature, an unwilling creature must make a DC 12 dexterity saving throw or swap places with the player. Range is 60/90, plus 10 times the creature's Strength modifier.
- Ender Pearls can be found as loot, or dropped by Endermen.
