I apologize for the inconvenience caused as a notification has been sent regarding the job you have to all your connections.

Unfortunately, at this time we don't have that specific functionality available to stop the notifications that have been sent.  But I've sent your suggestion to our product team for consideration. When many of our members ask for the same improvement, we try our best to get it done. However, due to the large number of suggestions we receive, we usually don't provide a timeline.

However in future to avoid such situation, you'll need to turn off your Sharing profile edits settings.

To show or hide notifications about your profile changes:
Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.
Click the Privacy tab at the top of the page.
Under the Profile privacy section, click Change next to Sharing profile edits.
Switch the toggle to No to disable notifying your network when you change your profile, make recommendations, or follow companies or to Yes to share profile edits.
Notes:
If Sharing profile edits is Yes, your network may not be notified right away of any changes you make. We optimize notifications that are sent to your network based on their setting preferences.
For profile changes, the Sharing profile edits setting will override the activity feed setting . If you turn off Sharing profile edits using the steps above, your profile activity will not be visible to other members.
If you don't want to broadcast profile edits, then don't share any posts on your LinkedIn feed, and don't like or comment on other members' posts.
