Complete Fast Travel Overhaul

- Since I'm not going to be using Fast travel at all, such mod like this is a must, because let's face it, sooner or later i will want to travel quickly, BUT at a great price, and this mod makes that possible, this mods adds new travel destinations, and adjust prices for the travel.

- Read the 'Customization' section in the main page and modify the prices as follows (If you use Carriages, you must desperately need to) :

- Download 'Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul' main file.
- Do NOT Download 'Disable Map-based Fast Travel', Frostfall, has an option for that!
- Download 'CFTO - Source code', better than de-compiling them on my own!
