  1. I DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU MESS UP YOUR GAME.
  2. AND EVEN WHEN I CHECKED THE STEPS, I COULD BE WRONG TOO, SO MAKE BACKUPS OF EVERYTHING, IM NOT AN EXPERT.
  3. IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT YOU'RE DOING, DONT FIX WHAT ITS NOT BROKEN.
  4. --THIS WONT WORK IF YOU MERGE TEXTURES FROM MODS THAT USE .EPS OR .BSA FILES!--
  5.
  6. I DONT USE NMM AND I SEE NO REASON TO, GOODLUCK TO THOSE!
  7.
  8. Guide to merge my textures into one slot in your Mod Organizer.
  9.
  10. -If you're one of those that downloaded a lot of my textures, you can have some long column with my name occupying a fair amount of space in your manager mod list.
  11.
  12. -If you want to merge all my previous ones, and even new ones into just one, or whatever amount, it's super easy and fast.
  13.
  14. -When Skyrim launches, it looks for paths to look for textures and meshes to use.
  15.
  16. -If you look into the folders my textures use after installing them, you will see that every single one is into one main folder called "textures".
  17.
  18. -So every time the game launches looks for any "textures" folder you installed and loads the content inside those.
  19.
  20. -It means it looks for as many "texture" folders you installed while installing any of my textures, each time for a different texture.
  21.
  22. -So the idea its pretty simple, what if you have just one "textures" folder with all of the textures you want inside of it?
  23.
  24. This is how you do it:
  25.
  26. -Im using Mod Organizer, you should too.
  27.
  28.
  29. -In Mod Organizer main folder there's one folder called MODS.
  30. -Go in there and you will see a folder for each mod you installed.
  31. -Select the one it will host the textures you want to merge.
  32. -The idea is to cut the "textures" folder from the textures you want to merge, and paste it in the same place as the "textures" folder you want to hold everything.
  33. -You do for each one you want, windows will ask if you want to merge the folders, you say yes.
  34. -When you're done, you have one single "textures" folder containing all of the texture mods you picked.
  35. -There you can disable the merged ones and leave the one containing everuthing, ending with only one mod slot in your list.
  36. -It would be better if you change the name of the new mod in the Mod Organizer to avoid confusion.
  37.
  38. Vortex users:
  39.
  40. Find where your mods are located and do the same, just merge all the "textures" folder into one.
  41.
  42. THIS WONT WORK IF YOU MERGE TEXTURES FROM MODS THAT USE .EPS OR .BSA FILES!
  43.
  44. -If I did any mistake in the guide, send a PM with the correction please-
