Issue:

	During the N1 Grand Prix Netopia Cup broadcast, the stream was cut several times without pattern.

Root Cause:
	After investigation and live triage, it was determined that the stream connection issues were due to a connection problem related to my coax line to my home.  North Carolina incurred a great deal of rain throuhgout the week and the lines were left exposed and waterlogged due to failure by the ISP.  Due to this line quality issue, my modem lost connection and attempted to reconnect several times.

Triage:
	Water was cleaned from the lines at 1:54 PM EST and connection was restored after that until it was failed over to the backup streamer and connection.


Next-Actions:
	Going forward, N1GP events will have a dedicated backup streamer volunteer equipped with the VOD listing and layout software in order to fail over in the event the primary stream goes down longer than 3 minutes or more than 2 consecutive times.

I apologize profusely for the inconvienience and hope that your perception of the N1 Grand Prix events is not negatively affected by these tech issues.  Any streamer knows that internet issues are often not within the realm of control and we failed to plan accordingly for connection issues. I'll do better in the future.
