Decidueye is likely based on stilt owls! They're an extinct species of owl (explaining the Ghost Type) which had very, very long legs because they evolved to be primarily terrestrial (explaining why it has such long legs and loses its Flying Type). Additionally, barn owls are also colloquially called "ghost owls" and owls are considered omens of death in ancient Hawaiian culture.   Incineroar is based on a professional wrestler, a heel or "villain" specifically. This is why it fights dirty and has its Dark Type. It doesn't fight as well when the crowd isn't liking it because its fighting is a "performance" just like professional wrestlers. Its big bad facade is just kayfabe (or an act that professional wrestlers put on completely separate from their real personalities). It's also very fitting to have a wrestler Pokemon this Gen since so many professional wrestlers are from the Pacific Islands (the Rock, Yokozuna, etc).
Primarina is probably the most straight-forward, being a performance singer. But it could also be taken as being representative of a siren, given that they will play with their opponent by creating bubbles that dance through the air to their voice, then cause them to explode when they're done playing with them! Just like a siren will lure in its victims with a beautiful song before they attack!
