  86. Battle Brother Crohn was caught sneaking eating extra rations during his 15 minutes of free time, and was found to be a repeat offender. The Blood Raven chapter master sent him on a penitent crusade on the Desert World Aragonite, armed with only his power armor with nutrient recycling. They would return for him before it ran out. This would teach him a lesson in control and temperance. Once dropped off on the world, he struggled to survive in the harsh conditions. The sandstorms that racked the planet stripped the paint from his armor, and made it difficult to breathe. He became disillusioned to the Imperial Truth, thinking that his Battle Brothers had forsaken him, and he would be left to die on this dustball of a planet. He hoped for salvation, and it was found in the most unlikely of places. A ship seemed to materialize in the atmosphere, and it seemed to be of Chaos origin. Having nothing on him, Crohn thought it would be the end, but it was quite the opposite. The Cleaved were upon this ship, and mistook him as one of their own, due to his white power armor. They took him aboard and elucidated the truth of the Corpse-Emprah, and he fell to Chaos. Now his armor is marred with the same oil like blood that oozes from The Cleaved, and his disposition is a bit brighter. These Battle Brothers would never turn on him, and were all quite friendly to each other. Their high threshold for pain also made them great warriors, and was a quality he shared with them as well.
