- Johnne uses the five beast orbs to attack the group as he tries to extract Kin's DNA, but when they're destroyed, the overload of magic knocks him out. Kin is rescued, but thanks to Johnne's trauma and his experiments, her transformation powers are sealed again. Johnne is captured, but later on escapes, saying that "he has another way to access the powers he seeks."
- Then we have the Skylanders/Magiranger mashup, where Kin is asked by Kai (and a special guest) to save his siblings from the mecha collector, "Collectron." Kin gets her Traptanium totem here and can use it on her weapons for a little more oomph.
- And finally, the Persona 5 bit...Kin finds out from Makarov and Mavis that the only way to bring Relleh back is to go into the Cognitive World and make manifest the perception of her soul. The two GMs point her in the direction of Yongen-Jaya and the Sakura household, where Kin accompanies team Phantom Thieves into Futaba's Palace...
- ...Which turns out to be A Very Bad Idea, as Kin's insecurities and powers are so great that they distort Futaba's Palace, turning it into a mashup of Egyptian and Greek design. While this goes on, Quilt vanishes, and appears in the Palace as a miniboss. Shadow Relleh is also there too, as a mummy. Both have to be defeated (not sure whom I should put first), but in doing so, Kin unlocks her persona for this trip...The beast witch herself, Circe.
- Once Quilt is subdued and Relleh's "soul" is collected, they keep going deeper into the tomb to find Johnne inside, whom declares he's going to use the Personas here to finish his work, since they are manifestations of beasts. A fight breaks out, but just when he seems to be cornered...BAM, Sphinx Wakaba bursts in, Johnne commandeers her, and the group has to fight it. Futaba gets her Persona, dispels the Cognitive beast and they take Johnne away as the Palace collapses in its entirety.
- Is it over? NOPE!
- Johnne reveals that while they've all been running around trying to stop him, he's put the Code Fragment on autopilot, using he DNA he absorbed and his own beast souls to finish his spell. The Super Mutation Take Over spell activates then and there, causing _everyone_ in both worlds, even humans, to mutate. Mayhem ensues as Johnne revels in how this will unlock new mutations in survivability for everyone...But what he didn't count on was the sheer magic flowing through the dimensional rifts. They're actually WIDENING them and causing them to get worse. Kin demands he stop the Code Fragment's antics, but refuses, saying this will be "the first test of his theory" and would gladly risk the worlds getting damaged or destroyed just to prove he's right.
- Relleh does not take kindly to this. She's worked too hard to protect this world and goes on about how, while she did fall into despair 400 years ago, that despair has fallen away when she discovered Kin. She will take responsibility as overlord herself to solve this problem.
- And finally, FINALLY Kin gets her staff back, and Relleh gets...Something to represent her Overlord status as well (a crest? a necklace? I dunno [future lem here is considering giving her a key-shaped staff {future lem again, realizing this would basically make Relleh Sailor Pluto...} ] ). The two sisters attack Johnne, but his Take Over magic and Code Fragment giving him additional hacking powers is too strong even for them...
- So the Skylanders pull some strings and start flinging portals everywhere like it's going out of style, and ALL of the heroes Kin has encountered so far come to her and Relleh's aid! (along with, of course, the Fullers and Touhou crew)
- So a big battle ensues as they take out armies of beasts that Johnne summons before punching his lights out for good--in fact, they punch him so hard they end up knocking his own Take Over souls out of his body, which the Strauss siblings take custody of. Johnne apologizes as best he can, to which Elfman says "...You should have instead focused on being a man for your family instead of being a mad scientist," to which Johnne reluctantly agrees with tears in his eyes.
- The Beastmancers are arrested, the heroes congratulate each other, and with the Code Fragments of BOTH worlds, Tecna and Sadie start undoing the damage Johnne had caused...But there's still a very likely chance rifts will spring up again. They're not sure why worlds are mashing up like this, but will work to figure out the cause eventually.
- The last of the Hexagods, Generica, shows up and congratulates Kin and Relleh on a job well done, but they'll need to work hard to keep another incident like this from happening again. After some thought...Kin wonders if a friendly magic-only tournament would be enough to help bring out others' latent power, and suggests the idea to everyone. They agree, and Kin makes some calls to others to figure out the specifics, setting up the Mega Magic Games proper.
- And in a minor scene I've been DYING to do for ages, Moa goes to see Ryuko again, who's now 17 and about to start her quest to find her father's killer. Moa wishes her luck. And I'm sure this will have absolutely zero consequences for Relleh's world down the line! :D
