  1. Hurricane Normal 110 70%
  2. Zoom Lense 110 84%
  3. 92.4 average after 1.2x acc
  4. Wide Lense 110 77%
  5. 87.7 average after 1.1x acc
  6. Sharp Beak 132 70%
  7. 92.4 average damage
  8. Wise Glasses 121 70%
  9. 84.7 average damage
  10.
  11. Meteor Mash Normal 90 90%
  12. Wide Lense 90 99%
  13. 89.1 average damage
  14. Metal Coat 108 90%
  15. 97.2 average damage
  16. Muscle Band 99 90%
  17. 89.1 average damage
  18.
  19. This implies making Wide lense a full on 1.2x acc; makes it equal to use as an item for
  20. Hurricane OR Focus Blast, than it is to run Sharp Beak to boost only Hurricane's damage.
  21. As a result this makes Wide Lense always prefered over the 1.2x boosting specific items,
  22. which are already arguable to be too weak for the majority of pokemon to consider.
  23. For muscle band this is especially true, except even for meteor mash it ALWAYS increases damage
  24. whereas Wide Lense needs 90% or lower accuracy to get the same resulting damage as Muscle Band.
  25.
  26. Conclusion; wide lense buff from 1.1x -> 1.2x would be too efficient. Other buffs;
  27.
  28. Solution 1; making the 1.1x boost a fixed +10% accuracy.
  29. Hurricane; 110 80%
  30. 88 average damage after +10%
  31. Meteor Mash 90 100%
  32. 90 average damage
  33. This solution does too little to boost the damage
  34. Solution 2; making the 1.1x boost a fixed +12.5%
  35. Hurricane 110 80%
  36. 90,75 average damage
  37. Meteor Mash 90 100%
  38. 90 average damage
  39. Fire Blast 110 85%
  40. 93.5 average damage without boosts
  41. with Charcoal 112.2 average
  42. with wise lense 102.85
  43. with +12.5%acc 107.25
  44. This solution would bring it over muscle band if the value is below 90% and questionable
  45. over specific type boosting items, if using more than 1 move that is below 90%.
  46.
  47. Solution 3; making the 1.2x boost only active for the first move the pokemon makes.
  48. This is a more functional difference that balances the item to the absurd average for 1 turn.
  49. After that the item remains usefull but significantly less, making a hit and run consistent.
  50. Considerable item for pokemon such as Tornadus-T who uses Focus Blast/Hurricane.
