  16. need a "locked" message on locked doors so people don't think they're just broken

  44. for some reason taggart is only doing like 50 damage to bill when he should be doing a ton
  45. need a slower fade-in after flashback cutscene
  46. need to disable the finding-Lana cutscene from re-triggering if you step on the tile again!
