  1. Hi everybody. I'm Father Jon Pedigo. I'm the director for advocacy and community engagement at Catholic Charities. I'm a Catholic priest in the Diocese of San Jose, and I'm wishing all of you a good Día de la Virgen. I'm also asking that we, that that on this day we celebrate the Virgen from our homes, and we don't go to crowded churches. We can watch the mass on tv in the morning. We can make a beautiful altar in the front yard so that everyone can see it and everyone can honor the blessed mother as they walk by. It's important that we maintain healthy uh social distancing and at the same time, be able to honor our traditions and our culture. So please stay safe and on, honor la Virgen de Guadalupe by being a healthy family, be considerate of others, wear a mask, and social distance at all times. Thank you. Feliz Día de la Virgen! ciao!
