  7. I am a Dalit Professor, working in one of the top universities in India. I wish to bring this to the attention of any educator in the world who is concerned for the future of students, irrespective of their gender, race, religion and caste. Oflate, in India, we are constantly seeing radicalization of the education system by appointing fascist ideologist of RSS, mother organization of BJP.There is Open Nepotism in recruitment and bias in awarding of the grades for students. As you all are aware that india has adopted a postive discrimination by providing reservation to underpreviliged and social deprived classed like SC,ST and Dalits. We see a growing trend in IIT, IISC, IIIT, ISERS, where they openly promote brahmin and upper class individuals by awarding them high marks and grades. Also, we would also like to bring to the attention that Minorities like christians and Muslims are openly discriminated and are given less marks in comparison to brahmins, jains and upper castes. If you are not aware that most of the education institutions in india are setup by caste affiliated societies like Reddy Jana Sangha, Amity University, Jain Society, Kamma Sangha, What not, india is home to different caste systems, where they still practice aparthied on the basis of caste system. I am writing all international education institutions to seek for diversity index and transparent grading practices, also request for how the grades and marksheets are awarded to individuals. The students have right to have a scanned copy of their examination papers and how they have been evaluated. With the Fascist Organisation of RSS in power, we are also growing trend to reject applications of Faculty from Minority, Backward Classes. First of all they will not allow them to enter into Masters or PG Program, their PhD Program itself is so biased against minorities and backward classes. I wish to bring to your attention also a practice in IISC,Bangalore, where one of my minority student had approached to IISC Professor who is of brahmin community. He openly states that he would not award a PhD until it is 8 years of his time spent helping him in his research. We request all international educational institutions worldwide to deduct 35% marks from upper Class society candidates applying for masters or PhD programs. As these grades are awarded by Bias. The justification by these Brahmin and Upper class professors is that they do not have reservations awarded by the government and constitutions, Hence they are right in awarding such grades to brahmin, jains and upper class communities. From North India to Southern tip of india, please investigate this, it is a blatant practice. Hence that is the reason why people are loosing faith in our education system, governing structure, india is degrading to fascist state to 3000 year old repressive caste aparthied system. it is time that, from the governing council, faculty, student ratio in these educational institutions, we demand for diverse representation from all the classes of the society. We also request all the international educational institutions to invite candidates from all diverse backgrounds of india not only from Brahmin Community or Upper Class. Also, we see a trend that most brahmins and Upper class community faculty abroad are also biased in support their community. We request the University Provost in Foreign Institutions to check these practices. First they get biased grades and they also get through foreign institutions under the same community professors who are biased in their selection. Please look at all the directors of IISC, IIIT, IIT mostly brahmins, they are invited by INDIAN PROFESSORS FROM THE SAME COMMUNITY for their PhD Degrees. I mean most of their guides are from Upper Caste ONLY and their is blatent bias which International Institutions are not aware of. They also use the same justification of reservation to award better marks/grades to upper class community so that they can get better jobs in comparison to us. This has been the practice for 3000 years in this degrading and aparthied religion of Hinduism, RSS wants to bring it back in full swing, establish a hindu state. I wish i was born as either as christian or a muslim, where there is no caste based structure, ofcourse, i do know about black skin discrimination in christianity.
