"Neo?" He dared to whisper, shuffling so that he was supporting her legs with his own arms in a rough approximation of a piggy-back. The girl answered by kicking her heels into his side, driving the wind from him as she attempted to make him giddy-up like a horse. "S-shit, Neo. Please don't do that…"

"Mr Arc!?" The female voice of his doom called out from outside the room. "Have you found something?"

"Nothing?" The blonde woman asked rhetorically, sighing in defeat. "That's all the rooms."

"She must have slipped past us." Jaune offered, wiping his brow with the sleeve of one hand. That had been a close call. Who'd have expected Peter's advice to actually be useful for anything?

"Damn it… we should keep looking however. Certainly Ozpin isn't willing to give up the hunt after what happened to his favourite mug. Regardless of his reasoning, discipline is important to maintain."

"Well it's Ozpin isn't it?" Jaune shrugged with a small laugh. Before the two could continue however Jaune's scroll began to sound angrily. He spared an apologetic glance for his fellow teacher, before taking a look at the screen.

Melodic – the code name Roman had used when adding himself to Jaune's scroll.

"Aren't you going to answer that?" Glynda prompted, as he stared down at the still ringing device. Finally with a sigh he pressed down on the screen, causing it to go black.

"Eh, it was a telemarketer. Let's get back to this search eh?"
