- Hi Alan,
- I have 10 cameras PE3032OS5-IR that are connecter to a Dahua DVR DVR1604HF-S-E. When they are in the tour mode I cannot set the time which they need to stay at each preset point. I need the cameras to stay 30 seconds at each point but they stay a fixed 3 seconds time. I set up the dwell time in the camera menu with values between 10 seconds and 30 seconds but no result, they stay the same 3 seconds. I did all these settings using a joystick keyboard but the same result. They are on Pelco-D protocol. Do you have any solution to this issue?
- I have another problem with multiple PE30320S5 cameras. For example at a short zoom in command they go to maximum 36x and I cannot stop them even if I put the joystick in the zero position. The same behavior is for zoom out, they go to 1x directly and I cannot stop the camera. Sometimes the PAN command when I issue it rotates the camera and I cannot stop it, like it goes in an infinite loop. These cameras work with videoservers from ACTi 2140T and have tours with presets. When they execute the tour command they execute the 1st tour right and the other ones just stop at random preset points. At one of these cameras I changed the full PTZ module (FCB-1010P + ELECTRONIC BOARD + STEPPER MOTORS) and all these problems were repaired. Do I need to change the full board or just a simple soft flashing will solve my issue? If I need to reflash how do I do it ? If I need to change the electronic board how much is one board ? I have 4-5 pieces that need repair.
- I need to fix these issues really fast because they are at a really big contractor. It is http://www.arcelormittal.com/roman/. They want 2 more cameras but will proceed with the job after I fix the current issues.
- This is a really pressing matter so please treat it with maximum priority.
- Best regards,
