RED/BLUE HYPNO CUSTOM STARTER
For use with Red/Blue custom starter ROM developed by PoY/Arcaseriam. IPS patches can be downloaded at https://github.com/Arcaseriam/pokered-custom-starter
In this route, 1/39 ranges are not shown. Just know that for every range of HP listed, there is a very small chance the attack could do 1 more HP of damage.

Name both yourself and your rival one-character names
Withdraw Repels and Potion from PC
Choose the middle ball and nickname Hypno a one-character name

Rival 1: Swap Confusion and Pound, Confusion

Repel on Route 1 and retrieve Oak's Parcel
Repel just before final grass patch on the way back and talk to Oak from the side
Go up to Viridian Forest, Repel through it
Pick up the Antidote in the item ball

- Buy: 9 Potions, 2 Pokeballs
Enter Pewter Gym and challenge Brock

Repel by the Lass, then again in B1F
