It is still available for rent at $950/month and there is also a refundable security deposit of $800 set aside for damages and commitment. Pets are allowed as long as they are not destructive. I wont be able to show you around cos I'm out of town, I moved to my other house in TX after retirement with my family couple of years ago and I have decided to rent it out myself because of good tenant/landlord relationship. I do not like the high price the realty company is placing on my property which made me terminate my listing with them, although my initial plan was to sell the house and I assure you the house is in a good condition. You should go and check the surroundings and look through the window to see inside of the house, but the inside is okay as seen on the pictures on craigslist. Get back to me as soon as you do this, so we can move further with the rental processes in order to get the keys and necessary documents across to you. Application fee is $50
