These are the traditional methods of gaining bioelectricity. Yoga and Meditation will be important avenues to the empowerment of our civilization. In fact this could even be a weakness of cybernetic beings.

I do not know the answer to the question of why no one has become immortal to this point - I consider it strange - but gaining bio electricity this way worked for me.
