6.
7. How long have you been playing on this server?
8. I started playing at 2016.
9.
10. Why would you like to become a helper? (Minimum of 250 words):
11. I love WoD, I really am and to be honest I find VWH to be the best platform for this game as it really visualizes everything. I never played the tabletop games nor I intend to, but the experience and the vibe on this server is different from any other server I have seen on SA-MP, by far. I don't really know how Rudy thought to bring WoD to SA-MP, but I surely appreciate his hard work and I would be more than willing to lend a hand and help this community grow. On top of that, I'm a people's pleaser, I love helping others and giving the feeling there's somebody to guide them around when it's needed.
12. I have been playing SA-MP for over a decade now, and it has been a really long time since I was a part of the staff on an active community, therefore I would love to give it a shot.
13. I have considered applying for a very long time but I was not too sure, I was too afraid to mess up or miss something. Also I didn't get to socialize with most of the community back then, but now after I did and got the required experience I feel more confident about it.
14.
15. Why should we pick you over other applicants? (Minimum of 150 words):
16. First of all, a helper should have general knowledge in SA-MP, and to be quite honest I do not believe anyone around has as much knowledge in SA-MP as I have. 11 years of playing SA-MP & 14 years in GTA SA got me quite confident about it. Additionally, I am programming SA-MP scripts/gamemodes for the past 6 years, it is worth mentioning because such knowledge could prove useful very often when dealing with bugs or helping other players with their character issues.
17. Another reason would be my friendliness and patience towards players and newbies especially, I don't mind spending some of my time in order to assist other players or guiding a newbie around. My vision is to keep this server shining, especially at such times when SA-MP is getting older and slowly die.
18. Another reason would be my outstanding admin record combined with consecutive activity during the years.
19.
20. Have you helped a player on this server with your knowledge before? (If yes, bring 3 examples, don't mention names, however.):
21. I helped many people to get through the most difficult process in the WoD, which is understanding how the rolls work and what they stand for, managing their character sheets and building their character accordingly. Unfortunately, many of them did not stay in the server for very long as they got tired from the rolling system. However, there are some who stayed and literally play to this day, those were introduced to VtM by me.. and some of them have exclusive VtM characters today.
22.
23. Have you ever been forum banned? (If yes, what were the reason(s)?): No.

36. Fighting
37. What is the fighting policy here?:
38. The fights should be handled through the rolling system... problem is our chronicle containing many races which involve many different lores that might include different rolling mechanics. Therefore there are house rules on the forums which include the mechanics our chronicle follows.
39. In addition, in order to fight someone, you might want to have a valid IC reason to do so... You can not simply go berserk around... doing such would count as DM.
40.
41. How does one get character killed?:
42. First let's make clear what Character Kill is...
43. A Character Kill (or CK) is not a usual player death where you respawn at the hospital and carry on like nothing happened.
44. This death is permanent, once it happens the CK'ed character would get Admin-Jailed and the character would no longer be available.
45. CK is not something that happens often, Example: A death of a potent character who has a massive impact on the chronicle could lead to a character kill. Another example would be deaths that would have impact over other characters, such as Diablerie - consuming another vampire's soul by draining their blood.
46.
47. Who is allowed to character kill a character?
48. Any character could CK another character, however doing such would require a very good reason and permission from the staff.
49. I never dug through this, but I could assume that Race Moderators would be allowed to grant such permissions, same would go for the high ranked Admins.
50. In all cases, such permission should be never granted lightly.
51.
52. What is a valid reason to kill someone?:
53. All you need to do is to be realistic, this is roleplay after all.
54. Killing somebody because he scratched your car while trying to park would definitely be an invalid reason.
55. However, if somebody would rape your daughter, yes that might be a valid reason to take your revenge and kill the guy.
56. Sometimes little things might get escalated, just like in real life... Such cases MIGHT lead to an eventual valid reason to murder someone.
57.
58. What is a valid reason to rob or scam someone?:
59. An example would be a character who roleplay as a thief, or a scum who makes living on the hard work of others.
60. Another example would be if your character would be jealous of something someone else has, such as expensive jewelry and such.
61.
62. Can and should you kill someone after robbing/scamming them?:
63. You should not kill somebody after robbing or scamming them unless you have a valid IC reason to do so.
64. For example looting the character's belongings after you already killed them (with a valid IC reason of course).
65. Another example would be when things are getting escalated after the robbery is over... e.g: The robbed character would pull out a gun and threatened the robber's life.
66.
67.
Server side assistance
68.
69. What would you do if someone asks assistance as one got stuck, bugged or desynced?:
70. First I would see what happens, in case I could assist the player by guiding him through my general knowledge in SA-MP I would start by that. If I could assist him with my commands I would do that as well, although most of the bugs would fix themselves after relogging.
71. Now regarding refunds, I believe this is not my department and should be handled by the admins...
72.
73. What would you do if someone is flaming in a /helpme ?:
74. First I would let the admins handle this as this is their duty to find the right punishment, in case there are none of them online I would start by giving the player a verbal warning. If it will not help I would kick the player... If things would get worse I might simply try to contact an admin who will handle the situation.
75.
76. Give an example of what an inappropriate use of /helpme could be, and how would you react to it?:
77. The most basic example would appear on the character creation quiz: "/helpme Can you change the weather?".
78. When I would see someone doing this I would simply give them a verbal warning, if it would not help I will kick the player in case there are no admins to handle the situation.
79. More examples of /helpme misuse: "/helpme I'm bored", "/helpme SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM" etc...

82.
83. Which of the races are you familiar with the most?:
84. 1. VtM
85. 2. DtF
86. 3. MtA
87.
88. Have you role played a supernatural character before? if so, for how long and which?
89. Natalia Aqua - Brujah (2017 - 2019)
90. Magnus Hall - Annunaki (2018 - 2019)
91. Crystal White - Virtual Adept (2019 - 2019)
92. Camila Blackrose - Baali (2019 - 2019)
93.
94.
95. Are you capable of assisting players with any race lores? if so, which?
96. Yes I am certainly able to, especially when it's coming down to VTM as it has always been my main race. I am also able to assist a little when it comes to DtF and MtA, but my knowledge is these lores is not as solid as my VTM knowledge is.
97.
98. Do you have any knowledge in lore systems? (Like combat system or general rolls).
99. Yes I definitely do, this is one of the most basic things a player should know in order to play their character properly.
100.
101.
Supernaturals
102.
103. Should superntural characters use their powers in public?:
104. Characters may do whatever they want with their powers, however when revealing them to the public there are always consequences. A vampire would breach the masquerade which would lead to a severe penalty by the Camarilla, a Mage would suffer the effects of the Paradox. Fallens might risk themselves and get hunted down by the hunters (same goes for vampires though) or even get evicted back to the abyss.
105.
106. What powers will be considered proper to be used in a public place?:
107. Proper powers would be the ones that are invisible to the mortal eye, such as the effect of Presence, Dominate, subtle usage of Celerity and so on. Shooting a fireball, for example, is not one of them.
108.
109. What will happen if a human witness a supernatural power in public?:
110. First of all the human would probably be shocked to the sight, they might trip, run away and tell everybody... who knows? varies from person to another. Therefore the supernatural characters lay low and keep their powers hidden to the mortal eye.
111.
112. Should a character suffer the consequences of using such powers recklessly?:
113. OOC no, I don't believe there should be any OOC consequences unless the character does so on purpose in order to ruin the gameplay of other players. Either way, The character already suffer IC consequences which would vary from race to another such as breaking masquerades, getting paradox and more.
114.
115. As a representative of any supernatural race, name a few reasons why you might on purpose reveal your being to a human?:
116. A great example would be when a Demon would try to harvest some Faith from mortals, the Demon needs the mortal to believe in him in order to harvest thier faith (which is like oxygen to demons). Without it, they're mere humans with memories.
117.
118. Another example would be when a vampire is ghouling or embracing a mortal.
119. The Kindred's job would be to guide the childe and fill them in with what is going on, what they have become, vampire politics and so on.
120.
121. In what IC and OOC cases can you lose your supernatural character(or race)?(Exclusive and non-exclusive race):
122. OOC:
123. The list is endless, mainly due to improper behavior.
124. • Bad Admin Record
125. • Not knowing your lore properly, especially when playing an exclusive race.
126. • General disrespect towards other players or staff.
127. • Deathmatching or simply breaking any rule.
128.
129. IC:
130. When a player is losing their character IC it is always going to be CK, differently from the OOC reasons which might lead to a simple Racechange.
131. Examples:
132. • A vampire might get diablerized, therefore the player would lose their character.
133. • A fallen might get pulled back into the Abyss while trying to switch hosts.
134. • The player's death is crucial and going to affect the chronicle (Simply CK).
135.
136.
Robbing & Scamming
137.
138. What is the robbing limit, and what is the policy?
139. Unfortunately, the robbing & scamming limits are not defined properly as the values on the forum are different from the ones in-game.
140. In both cases, you may not rob or scam players below level 3.
141. Forum Robbery Limit: $5,000.
142. In-Game Robbery Limit: $1,000 + $50 * Victim's Level (e.g: Level 5 victim = $1,250).
143. You may also rob an item that exceed this limit if it can not be splitted such as RPG, Enchanted Items and more...
144. Robberies must be handled only through /rob.
145. There's a 24 hours cooldown before you can rob the same person again.
146.
147. What is the scamming limit, and what is the policy?
148. Unfortunately, the robbing & scamming limits are not defined properly as the values on the forum are different from the ones in-game.
149. In both cases, you may not rob or scam players below level 3.
150. Forum Scam Limit: $15,000.
151. In-Game Scam Limit: $5,000.
152. A very important thing to mention is that the rules do not mention that it applies to IC scams only, while OOC ones are strictly forbidden.

156. Are you sure you wish to dedicate your time on helping people and become a helper?:
157. I am.
158.
159. Do you acknowledge that in case of inactivity or breaking the community rules you will be removed from your position?:
160. Yes I am.
