Mr_Narrator>	When we last left our maids, they were found by a group of bugs right after breakfast (Three lvl 2's and 1 lvl 3). Begin!

	* [nfty]Azel	watches the beetles for a few moments, calm and collected, then scoffs. "I'm tired of waiting. Here I go."

	* [huh]Akilah	cracks her knuckles.
	* [nfty]Azel	dashes forth, rushing with startlingly inhuman speed, and thrusts quickly at the eyes of the thing creeping closest to her! "Take --"
	<[huh]Akilah>	I just happen to be in a bad mood...
	* [huh]Akilah	motions, and an invisible force pushes it from behind, directly into Azel's attack.

	* [GtZ]Mark	stops the one trying to head up the stairs by kicking it onto its back, but the monster latches on on contact and Mark tries shaking it off by kicking at it. It's not very effective...

	<Mr_Narrator>	Azel and Akilah's combined efforts damage the enemy beetle. While Mark is hurt fighting the biggest one.

	* [nfty]Azel	screamed even faster towards the unfortunate target, beetle goo splattering over the rubble and floor where her weapon pierced clean through the bug's tough carapace.
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Ah! Mark, you all right?
	* [nfty]Azel	quickly recovers and tries to wrest her weapon out of the bug that was unfortunate enough to have it stuck within.
	<[GtZ]Mark>	Do I... Argh! Look all right to you?

	* [nfty]Azel	suddenly takes a hit in the head from one of the bugs' friends, sending her reeling with a resounding CLANG, though the force of the hit manages to dislodge her metal weapon from its sticky insectoid prison. "Ow!... Ugh."
	* [GtZ]Mark	manages to kick the large bug up straight, revealing it's soft underbelly and quickly summons the power to force it over on its back in a full-body tackle
	<[GtZ]Mark>	Azel!
	* [nfty]Azel	stumbles for a bit, then looks up to see Mark topple the titan beetle helplessly onto its back "M-mark! Impressive!"
	<[GtZ]Mark>	Watch out, dummy! The enemy's right in front of you!
	<[nfty]Azel>	Huh? Whoa!
	* [nfty]Azel	looks to her left just in time to see a giant beetle jaw threatening to crush her leg. "Crap!"
	<Mr_Narrator>	Mark manages to deal a dead blow, while Azel takes damage. Akilah manages to avoid damage.
	<Mr_Narrator>	-Turn 3-
	* [Atai]Vivian	Suddenly, a bear bites the one before Azel in half. Yes, that's right, in HALF. Bug ichor splatters about the place.
	* [Atai]Vivian	The bear does not appear to be fuzzy so much as... glowing?
	<Mr_Narrator>	Bug 3 eliminated. 2 bugs and 1 boss remain.
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	What the hell?
	<[nfty]Azel>	* Startled by the beetle's sudden attack and its subsequent bisection, Azel tumbles backwards and lands on the floor with a clang. "Wh... what just happened?"
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Azel, are you all right?
	* [nfty]Azel	realizes she has bug blood all over her face.
	* [Atai]Vivian	Another bear walks in, coming to wait by the first, peering about, then catching sight of the other beetles. It growls in a deep and unsettlingly solid way, despite the fact that you can see through it somewhat.
	* [nfty]Azel	quickly wipes it off with her hand, then carefully ...tastes? Sucks? ... the blood up in an instant.
	* [Atai]Vivian	strides in, the very image of a witch, with a slight smile on her face. She feels for the wall slightly, then knocks on it, and calls out.
	<[nfty]Azel>	Mmmm.... A little better, but... who...?
	* [nfty]Azel	jumps back to her feet and leaps over to where Mark stands.
	* [GtZ]Mark	raises an eyebrow. . o O ( A spirit user? This could get either very interesting or very messy... )
	<[Atai]Vivian>	Little brother~... Are you ho-- Oho. You've visitors?

	<Mr_Narrator>	The leader beetle helplessly lies on its back, flailing its legs. The other two are quickly approaching the maids.
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Of course not! We'll talk after we get these things out of my house!
	<[Atai]Vivian>	Peppo tells me they do not look like ruffians of the latter so--
	* [Atai]Vivian	notices the other two beetles and sighs.
	<[Atai]Vivian>	--Nuisances. Sturm? Drang? Kindly dispatch them.

	<[huh]Akilah>	Vincent... have an older sister!?
	* [nfty]Azel	stares down the beetle on the left, glaring into the beast's mindless ebon eyes before taking a quick, cautious swing at the thing's head!

	* [nfty]Azel	is getting a little panicked as the beetles force her all the way into a corner! "MissMaster'sBigSisterCouldYouDoSomethingToHelpPlease!"

	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Azel's escape attempt is intercepted!
	* [Atai]Vivian	's pole is flipped around to reveal it is in fact a rather large and unpleasant looking axe-like thing.
	* [nfty]Azel	is grabbed and swung around by the badly wounded beetle! "Ahhh!"
	<Mr_Narrator>	Mark stomps on the fallen boss bug some more.
	* [nfty]Azel	is being smacked on the rocks. *clang!* *clang!* Thankfully she's made of metal or this would be quite messy...

	* [pyGM]Vincent	leaps into action attempting to save Azel, but the bug just knocks him aside as he does.

	* [nfty]Azel	leaps to her master's side, trying to help him up despite her rather damaged state "M-Master Vincent, are you all right? Get up, quick!"

	<Mr_Narrator>	Vivian attempts to fight off a wounded bug but it strikes back. (Vivian takes 6 stress)
	* [Atai]Vivian	follows behind the bears, ('Sturm' and 'Drang,' apparently) which lope over to the As-yet unharmed beetle. Sturm tears viciously into it with a roar, while Drang swipes off a pair of legs. Vivian herself splits off and leaps at the more wounded bug, swings, and brings the ax-like bardiche down in for a heavy chop into its side. Unfortunately, it skitters away and slashes at her, landing a...
	<Mr_Narrator>	The spirit bears mangle the healthy giant insect. (Bug2 suffers 12 damage, 8 SPR left)

	<Mr_Narrator>	Escape attempt unsuccessful, wounded Bug1 intercepts Azel with Vincent in tow. (Azel takes 6 stress)
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Azel! Look out!
	* [nfty]Azel	's moment of hesitation costs her as the furious beetle charges towards them! She takes the brunt of the attack, protecting Master Vincent as best she can "I... I'm not doing too good."
	* [nfty]Azel	looks up to see Vincent looking even paler than he was before "Master, I'm... sorry..."
	<Mr_Narrator>	The bears assault the second bug, killing it. (Bug 2 defeated!)
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Argh...It hurts...!
	* [Atai]Vivian	Drang attempts to rake the beetle's carapace, only to land a minor hit before thumping a little back to avoid being sliced by an errant claw. Sturm, however, rears up and crashes down upon the insect, crushing it into a mess of spattering ichor and crunchy pieces of bug.
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Vivian attempts an attack on the first wounded bug, but it counters. (Vivian takes 4 stress)
	<Mr_Narrator>	-TURN 7-
	* [Atai]Vivian	is a bit disoriented by the strike from before, and completely misses the bug on her next swing. It does not miss her, and clips her a blow on the left arm. She is now panting with exhaustion, and bleeding from her side and arm. [from previous turn.]
	<Mr_Narrator>	The leader just won't die, it still manages to put up resistance against Mark. (Mark takes 1 stress)
	<[nfty]Azel>	We've got to protect Master Vincent! You! Let's beat this thing down at once!
	* [nfty]Azel	looks towards Vivian as she says this
	<[nfty]Azel>	Here! Attack now!
	* [Atai]Vivian	looks towards the sound of Azel's voice as she says this, and nods, shakily, getting up to attack once more.
	<Mr_Narrator>	The combined efforts of Azel and Vivian defeat the last minion bug. (Bug1 defeated!)
	* [nfty]Azel	wraps her hand around her metal pipe in a peculiar fashion, holding it, somehow as if it was moving into her palm.
	* [Atai]Vivian	springs forward and brings the curved blade down with a nicely crackling crunch.
	* [nfty]Azel	charges with a harried shout, thrusting her weapon straight into the badly wounded beetle, skewering it nicely.

	* [Atai]Vivian	yanks out her bardiche, shakes it free of buggy goo, and slumps a little against it, leaning on her weapon as she regains her breath. She looks up to see --Oh, she can see? Peppo must have come back. Cowardly little blob.-- her brother looking over there.
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	Akilah! What the hell are you doing?! As if this house wasn't damaged enough!
	* [huh]Akilah	picks herself up from the rubble.

	* [nfty]Azel	looks at Vincent for a moment and realizes she's missing something.

	* [Atai]Vivian	puts a hand to a nearby hutch in support, effortlessly palming a golden miniature statue as she does.
	* [nfty]Azel	looks throughly trounced as her Will folds underneath the fearsome weight of Vivian's trump card.

	* [Atai]Vivian	slips it into a pocket within her sleeve as she looks up with a grateful expression, and then reaches over to embrace Azel in a close hug, genuinely filled with emotion. As she does, she drops the miniature, unseen, into one of Azel's uniform's pockets, and nicks some pocket change in exchange.
	<[pyGM]Vincent>	You should treat your injuries too. You and Aki look like you'll need to.
	<[huh]Akilah>	I'm... I'm fine.
	<[nfty]Azel>	Hey!
	<[nfty]Azel>	Something fell in my pocket!
