  1. my observations on Felin mannerisms and personality based on the dialogue the extended Felin descriptions has provided:
  2. first and foremost, Felin are very stereotypically cat - hate water, knock things off tables, prefer to sleep on desks than stand at them, use furniture as scratching posts, etc
  3. they are rather prone to generally smashing things as an extension of the knocking things off tables behavior
  4. they are very nonchalant about most things, and use a singsong tone at times
  5. they are rather on the sadistic end of the scale, probably as another extension of the "very cat" personality - cats do play with their food and hunt for no reason other than "because", after all
  6. when presented with anything involving foreign symbols or characters, their primary reaction seems to be "I have no idea what this says" rather than judgments on the object itself or guesses at what the symbols might mean
  7. they are rather vulgar, prone to lewd jokes (see: stalactite scan) and occasional swearing, including a couple casual "fuck" drops which you may have noticed during yesterday's session
  8. they like soft beds a lot, especially memory foam it seems? there's a few comments specifically addressing if a bed is "foamy" or not and in context that makes the most sense
  9. they don't care much for propaganda - their reaction to most of the Miniknog stuff about Big Ape is "not a snowball's chance in hell"
  10. they will refer to their claws at times, like with the attack-boosting smoke vent, where they mention that it "somehow makes their claws feel sharper"
  11. they're a bit like florans: when presented with something bird- or fish-related, they tend to refer to it in terms of food
  12. they still find the flesh biome to be wholly disgusting, though, opposed to the florans who seem indifferent to it
  13.
  14. I'm trying to extend some of these out to more general purpose, along with using the other races' descriptions for reference
  15. for example, if they're very cat, then it stands to reason that they have enhanced senses, such as smell; when confronted with a bottle of ammonia, their immediate reaction will probably be "that burns my nose", etc
  16. with their nonchalant attitude towards things in general and their mild sadism, I reason they're not likely to be bothered by a little blood or a creepy altar table or anything to that effect
  17. if they're cats, they probably like sleeping
  18. stereotypical cats fall under the saying "curiosity killed the cat" so they'd be tempted to set off traps and such just to see what they did
